Ghost's POV
The door was destroyed, what we found that there is another drop.
Me: Ah, great.
US Marine: Well we got one more rappeling rope.
We then rappel down to the bottom.
A few seconds earlier... Hornet's POV
It was normal in Dirtmouth, but it's still pretty much a ghost town until...
*BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM*
An explosion came from the door leading to dirtmouth, i head towards the location of the explosion.
When reach the site of the explosion, i saw "bugs" wearing strange clothes and holding strange weapons, and heard one of them talk.
???(Ghost): Captain, how long till we reach the town?
???(US Captain): Just a short walk from here.
???(US Marine #1): Thank God, my legs started to hurt.
???(US Marine#2): [Is taking a piss]
???(US Marine#3): Oi, Private hurry up.
???(US Marine#2): Hold on, i'm finishing up.
???(US Marine#2): Alright i'm done. [close his pants.]
???(US Captain): Right, let's go.
They left heading towards Dirtmouth.
Ghost's POV
We were walking towards the down for a while until i raised my hand signaling a halt.
US Captain: What is it, Spectre?
Me: [Catches a flying needle 2 inches before it hits the Captain in head]
Me: That was a close call. [Puts the needle of the ground]
US Captain: Everyone, stay on alert.
--[ Now Playing: Hollow Knight OST "Hornet"]--
US Marine #1: Uhhh guys, the needle is go--- [Gets knocked the fuck out]
US Captain: Shit, everyone NVs on! [Puts on NV goggles]
US Marines: [Puts on NV goggles aswell]
US Marine #3: Where's that asshole!?
US Marine #2: Over th-- [Gets knocked out aswell]
Me: Fuck! [Notices an old nail on the ground]
Me: [Instinctively grabs the nail and blocks the incoming needle]
Me: [Pulls out Glock 19 and starts shooting]
???(Hornet): [Dodges the incoming bullets and kicks Ghost in the gut]
Me: Gah! [Gets sent to a nearby rock dropping the Glock in the process]
US Marine #3: Heads up! [Throws flashbang]
???(Hornet): Wha- [Gets blinded by the flashbang]
Me: [Rushes ??? and puts them in an armlock]
???(Hornet): Hey, let me go!
Me: Nope. Captain, i got 'em.
US Captain: Nice job, corporal.
???(Hornet): [Readies Gossamer Storm]
Me: Uhhh, Cap- [Gets thrown away by the Gossamer Storm]
The rest of the Marines tried to take down the attacker, they too were knocked out.
Me: Ughhhh my head. [Notices void coming out of him]
Me: What th- [Grabs the Old Nail and parries the incoming needle]
[ Ghost's HP: 1/5 ]
I then feel a great power coming out of me, and before i knew it my wounds are gone.
[Ghost's HP: 4/5]
I then get up, pulling out my combat knife and now i'm literally duel-wielding melee weapons.
As i dodge the attacker's needle, i threw my combat knife at the figure pinning their clock to a nearby rock.
I rushed at them with a quick four slash combo.

But the attacker was too fast, until........
*BONK*
*THUD*
They were knocked out by one of my comrades who is holding a 2x4... A FUCKING 2X4.....
We then woke up the others and head towards the town with the attacker in tow...
