Nala's POV

I woke up and was in the middle of the bed. Then I felt an arm move that was draped across me, holding me close to what felt like a wall. What the hell is that? I pulled back the covers and saw an arm. I pulled it off of me and rolled over. Obviously a little too far, because I fell off the bed and landed on my butt. Thank God is was cushioned. But I also hit my head on the end table. I sat up and rubbed it. Then I heard a little chuckle.

"What the fuck are you laughing at?" I snapped.

"You just fell off the bed!" Nash said full out laughing now.

"Well, maybe if you hadn't put your arm on me like we were more than friends, we wouldn't have that problem." I said angrily then grabbed my phone off of the charger.

His laugh stopped, his smile faltered.

"Well that was a hasty tone, Nala." He said it like my name was dirty.

"Well my bad I don't think I have to be nice to cocky assholes like you." I said then grabbed my flip flops.

I plopped them down then slipped them on. I also grabbed my Ray Bans and headed for the door. I had always my extra credit card and a key card (if I was staying at a hotel) behind my iPhone case. When I got outside, it was still early. I should've changed because my shorts are short. I walked down the street and saw little shops. I saw one with clothes and shoes. I went in and looked around. I saw a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, and picked them up. I looked around some more and found a black tank top, then a white top that was small towards the waist, but flowey around my stomach. It had gold studs on the shoulder. Then I found a pair of combat high heeled boots that also had studs on them. I walked up to the register and pulled my case off, getting my credit card. The cashier was a guy who looked like he was in his twenties. He had blonde hair with blue tips where it was spiked up, with piercing green eyes like mine.

"Can I change into these after I pay for them? Plus get a bag for what I'm wearing?"

"You sure can." He said with a smile.

"Thanks." I said as I paid.

"You have a good day."

"You too. Maybe I'll be back! I like this store." I said with a little giggle.

He handed me my receipt after writing on it. I looked at it, and it had a number and a name. His name is Flynn.

"My actual name is Tyler, but a lot of people call me by my last name. Which is Flynn." He said as I looked at him.

I nodded and he chuckled. I went into the changing room to change. I changed and put my other clothes in my bag. I walked close to the door, then stopped for a second. I looked at Flynn.

"I will text you." I said and smiled.

He nodded then smiled back.

I walked out and walked down the sidewalk, looking for a coffee shop. I put Flynn's number in my phone, then heard my name being called. I put my phone in my pocket, then turned around. I saw Nash walking towards me.

"Save it Nash. I don't want to hear anything." I said turning back around and walking.

"Just wait." He said as he started getting faster in his walking pace.

I grabbed my hair and put it around to where all of it was hanging off of one shoulder. I played with it, with my free hand which wasn't holding my bag. Then I felt a hand grab me and turn me around.

"Can we tal-"

"I don't want to talk Nash. Just go back to the hotel." I said harshly.

"But I don't want to leave you alone."

"Obviously or you wouldn't have come after me. I know this whole thing. Your trying to be a good friend to tell me you care, well I know that's bullshit. I don't like you, and I never will." I pulled my arm out of his grip then continued walking.

He just stood there, and I found a coffee shop. I walked in and breathed in my favorite smell.
