|#14. Her Pain|

Ruhana avoids the party successfully. Though, she has a fear that he will hurt her again after the party, yet, she feels safe, in her locked room. Later, that night, the music subsides after midnight. Ruhana who couldn't sleep peeps through the window of the room. She finds Vineet angry and she is shocked that he is heading towards her room. He pushes the door such that the latch is broken. He enters the room and glares at her angrily.

He holds her hair tightly and pulls her, such that she lost her balance. He makes her stand and pulls her closer to himself. She could sense the foul smell of wine and beer from him. She turns her face away from him but he makes her look at himself.

"You denied me! No one dares to do that. But you did. Now, you will suffer. And it will be your fault." He says, gritting his teeth and tightening his grip on her hair.

"Shut up! Just leave me! " She whines painfully, trying to free herself from his grip.

" Why do you think that you will deny me and I will let you go? You won't be able to flee, Miss Ruhana. I think you need another punishment." Vineet says, gazing intently at Ruhana.

Though he is drunk, he's intense enough to scare anyone, and Ruhana is a meek example. Staying at his place, she is nothing but a pawn for him. He looks at her and tries to kiss her, but she pushes him apart, making him angry again.

Ruhana is scared enough, she knows, what comes next. And all she wants is to run away from this man, this place and this house. But, she is trapped at the moment. Adding to it, he's fully drunk. Yet, he knows what he wants from her. Within a fraction of a second, he lifts her in his arms and moves towards his little playroom. Ah! That's nothing but hell, a place where she is helpless and he is a merciless beast.

He enters the room and leaves her, literally letting her fall on the floor, and it did hurt her waist. She whines as her elbows are bruised and her back hurt with the fall. She hugs herself in order to protect her own self. He bends to her level and holds her face with his hand, squeezing her cheeks, so much so, that it hurts her.

"Didn't I tell you to be at the party? Why didn't you come?" He asks in a firm tone.

"Why should I? You're doing it all wrong, Mr Vineet Khanna! And I am not bound to follow your orders. Did you get it ?" Ruhana says and pushes him such that he loses his balance.

Vineet is angry at her step. She is trying to push him away, she is trying to flee away from him and this angers her. He always wants to be served. He likes it if his submissive totally submit themselves to him, but, here, the case is different. Ruhana is continuously replying to him, and this has angered him.

He composes himself and holds her wrist tightly. He bore his eyes in hers. His intense gaze shivers her to the core, and in the next moment, she feels her cheek burning like fire. He has just slapped her hard on her cheek. Her eyes widen in shock, while pulls her close er to himself.

" This was for shouting at me. You should understand that you can't run away from me. I didn't want to do it, but you forced me to do it. Now, bear the consequences." He says intensely, scaring her.

He leaves her and moves towards the other corner of the room. Ruhana is scared, she doesn't know what he is up to? She has seen anger, lust and hatred in his eyes always. Right now, it's his anger and lust which is speaking. His lust is intensifying and he wants to satisfy himself. The man who can fuck any random girl for his sexual pleasure can go to any heights to fulfil his lust. She knows it, and there is no escape from this hell. He has already ripped her soul, and today as well, all he'd do would be to copulate with her inhumanely, to hurt her and then leave her on god's mercy.

She's just lost in her own thoughts when she feels warmth in her hand. She is shocked to find him sitting near her, holding a candle in his hand. He just touched the flame of the candle on her wrist. She's taken aback. So, is he going to give her burn marks to torture her? What kind of a man he is?

Ruhana turns her face away from him. She feels disgusted with his mere gaze.

In the next moment, she shouts with pain, He just extinguished the candle touching her hand, giving her a burn. Ruhana whines, while he smiles evilly at her.

"You should listen to me if you don't want the burns and pain." He says in his deep and shrill voice.

"What have you given me except pain, Mr Vineet Khanna?? Just stay away. Dusron ko takleef dena hi aata hai tumhe. Yeh sab karke apni mardangi saabit karna chahte ho? Par aisa hoga nahi, kyunki tum kaayar ho! You're a coward, Vineet Khanna!" She shouts with all her energy and pushes him away.

He falls to the floor and she takes a chance to run away. Since he's unstable due to excessive drinking, she moves out of the room and locks it from outside. She could hear him banging the door, ordering her to open the door. But letting him shout, she rushed down to her room, only to find that the latch is broken.

She sighs deeply, she needs to hide somewhere. She knows he will be able to free himself without any difficulty. An idea strikes her mind and she rushes into the washroom and locks it carefully.

In the eerie silence of the night, she could hear him, but she didn't pay heed to him, instead, looked at her wound. A small patch on her hand had turned red. She didn't even have any medicine to apply it. All she could do was cry on her fate.

On the other hand, Vineet turns drowsy because of being drunk. He shouts at Ruhana and then falls on the floor, falling unconscious, though, his anger doesn't seem to subside.
