The Sunshine Society in Mumbai City is a holy home to many people. One such person is Ruhana Mehra. As they say, that Mumbai is a city of dreamers, Ruhana is one of them. She's alone in this wide world. She practically grew up in an orphanage, where the owner of the place has been kind to her and helped her to study. Today, she is a graduate, and is going on her actual job interview. She looks affectionately at the picture of her guardian lady, who has left her alone, a year ago. The flat where she lives, belongs to her guardian lady, and everyone in the society takes her to be the lady's daughter. The misconception is her identity now, and she wants to keep it, always. She stands before her picture for a few minutes and then gets ready to leave the house.

Ruhana is a graduate in Computer Science and she is looking forward to a job at the most prestigious and famous company "Techgigs Enterprises". She is quite elated since she got the call for the interview.
Techgigs is known by the name of it's owner, Vineet Khanna. He's the father figure of this company and everyone follows his orders, either with a smile or with tears.
Why smiles & tears? All the reason is the CEO, Mr. Vineet Khanna. He's known to be the most ruthless, rude, arrogant and stone hearted person. Work comes first for him. He won't even care if someone is sick or in any problem, all he wants is that the work should be done,either by hook or by crook.
Ruhana has heard everything about her to be boss, Vineet Khanna. She doesn't mind any of the facts. Until and unless, he'll be good with her, she will be better. Once he turns bad, she'll turn worst. This is her thought. And she won't backoff any of her thoughts. She's just praying to get the job today. Moreover, she is looking forward to work for the company and not the boss. With all these thoughts, she reaches her destination. She pays the money to the driver and walks inside the building.
At the reception, a girl greets her with a small smile and Ruhana tells her that she's there for an interview. The receptionist smiles warmly at her and asks her to wait in the waiting lounge, until she will inform her boss about her arrival. Ruhana agrees and makes her way in the waiting lounge, opposite to the reception.
She feels some stares at her. Maybe, the people around are curious to know why she's here. After a few minutes for being stared, she stands up and looks around.

"Why are you guys staring at me? Am I a thing to stare at? Or are you guys accustomed to stalk every young girl. Even ladies here are stalking. Are you paid for stalking girls like me??" she asks.
Every being who's staring at her looks away. Ruhana looks at them. She finds everyone looking elsewhere.
" Why? Why aren't you answering me? When I entered, that time, everyone was watching me like I'm an object. Now, you can't answer me, why? Can't a girl get a job here?" she asks, shouting a little.
The receptionist comes by her side to calm her.
"Miss Mehra, please calm down." She says.
"Why! So that they can stare and make every newcomer a prey of embarrassment. I don't like it." She snaps angrily.
"And yeah! They think that a girl like me won't be able to survive here, right?" she says.
The people hang their heads down. Truly, they can't think that girls can stay here, because in the past many girls of her age have left the job. The reason being Vineet's behavior, his demands and also his strategy to work. Today, seeing Ruhana, they feel pity for her, but it seems like other way round to Ruhana. She is determined to get the job now. Ruhana looks at them.

" Well, strongness isn't to be shown physically, ya know. It's the will of the heart. And I think, you guys lack it. But I don't." She says confidently.
Meanwhile, the phone at the reception rings and after attending the call, the receptionist asks Ruhana to head to the CEO Cabin, and shows her the way as well. Ruhana picks her handbag and leaves. She's in hope of a good job.
Will she get the job?
