Pan fumed, pacing the cave in clear agitation as his hand rested on the dagger at his side. "How could you lose her!" He shouted, spinning on Jax in a fury.
"I didn't lose her, the Codfish took her." He replied, but his words only seemed to fuel Peter's fury as the red head drew his dagger.
"Hook?! You let Hook get her! I should gut you right here!" His blade was at Jax's throat before the burly youth could blink, and although he had seen Pan turn on other boys over the years, the shock of the betrayal stung bitterly.
"If he was going to kill her he would have. He's up to something. We can get her back. " he reasoned, throwing his hands up defensively.
Pan huffed, lowering his blade and turning back to look down from the ledge at the other boys gathered in the camp below. "Call the sirens. I want her found."
Jax nodded and turned to leave down the path he had come, but Pan's outstretched hand stopped him. "You failed me once...I'm going to make sure you don't fail again." In a flash Peter was on him, his drawn dagger slicing cleanly through the teen's wrist as a blood curdling scream erupted from his lips.
Peter smirked in satisfaction as he dipped his blade into a nearby torch before pressing it firmly to the bloody stump. Jax slumped to the floor in shock and pain, his face pale and covered in sweat as Peter knelt before him. "Now you and the Codfish have something in common."
