[Abandoned] Seven Years... [Natsu x Reader]

Chapter 2

(Y/n)'s POV:

Slowly, I walked towards my house, that was now in the outskirts of Magnolia. The place where my friend is. It really isn't the best house. Though, technically it really isn't a house, but a home. The place I live in is a cozy cavern. I walked in and took my hoodie off, revealing me in a tank top. I then changed into more comfortable clothes. While changing, I saw a scar I got from a job, long ago. I sighed and looked down, remembering when I used to always be cocky because I was strong.

Nowadays, I was just afraid. Ever since the others disappeared, and I left to take that job alone, I given up on everything. After failing my one task, I couldn't get it right. I keep on getting beat up, and nobody was there to help. Thinking some more, I remembered, that one day, when he saved me. When he was there, I asked him if he could join the guild, but he refused. I even start remembering, when I lost my apartment home. Like I'd care.

After that, I  couldn't take the pain. I then isolated myself away from Fairy Tail, only to end up living in the woods with him. My only other best friend. Romeo was a friend as well, but sometimes, we'd yell at each other in anger and rage. Only because we'd hate seeing each other so depressed, and seeing each other say such dark things.

I gave out a sly grin, and continued changing.

(A/n) Okay, this part is just a scene from Fairy Tail, even though it is....you might wanna read it so you don't get confused on where we're at...I'm just saying.

Natsu's POV:

"Hey! Natsu, wake up!!" I immediately jumped up yelling, "GAHH!!! LET ME SLEEP!!!"  Right after that, I got jumped right onto, by 3 dudes. Then this fat guy jumped onto right after. I got up quickly, causing the 4 that hugged me to get off. "WOULD YOU ALL TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON?!? AND WHAT ARE YOU GUYS EVEN DOING ON THE ISLAND?!?!?" I examined the guys some more. "And why do you guys look so much older!??!?" 

"You haven't changed a bit in all this time!"

I stared at them blankly surprised. I faced Droy.

"And Droy, why do you look so..fat?"

"Mmh, can I have some fish?"

I heard some more wails. I felt a headache coming on.

"Ugh! This is hurting my head..like when we were hit by Acnologia's attack, but now I'm just confused..Wait.."

"...Where is everybody?"

My eyes traveled towards everyone else, and already spotted the fact that they don't know."They're over here." We all then flinched when the voice was heard. We all ended up looking at a blonde girl. For a moment, we stared at her. Then, in sync, Happy and I said,

"Who are you?"

"Don't worry, I mean you all no harm. I am the Fairy Tail guild's first master. My name is, Mavis Vermillion."

We end up following her, finding Lucy and the others of course. I walked up to Alzack and Bisca.

"So, what exactly happened with Fairy Tail back at home?"

*TIMESKIP, AFTER THE EXPLAINATION*

"Wait....So, we were gone for, SEVEN YEARS!?!?" I exclaimed. "GREAT!! NOW (Y/N) IS, I DUNNO....AN EVEN BIGGER PAIN!!!! SHE MIGHT EVEN BE STRONGER THAN ME!!!!!" My arms flailing around crazily. I stared at Alzack and Bisca, as they're faces dropped. "W-What..? What's wrong?" I asked, my face now turning more and more worried. "Did something happen..?"

Bisca opened her mouth a tad bit, but closed it and turned away. Alzack stared up at me, "We haven't exactly heard her for years, Natsu. Romeo is the only person who catches a glimpse of her now these days."

My face changed at each word he said. "Do...do you know what happened that made her be this way?" Alzack shook his head. I looked down at the sand, and felt a tear fall down my face.
