I woke up and ran out to the kitchen. I quickly made my cereal and gulped it down. I ran into the dojo and sat down. "Someone's up early", Raph said and ruffled my hair as he sat down. I nodded and Leo walked in. He sat next to us. Donnie and Mikey slowly came in. Sensei came in and trained us for 1/2 an hour. We heard a loud yelp. I ran out to see Tuck on the floor. "Tuck, what are you doing here?!" I said and Raph grabbed him by the shirt collar. "Raph!" Leo said trying to make Raph let go of him. "He looked dangerous!" Raph said and Donnie held back a laugh. Raph glared at Donnie. "I came to give you this", Tuck said, handing me an envelope. I opened it. Inside was a short letter:
Dear Emma Hamato,
My name is Aronn Jukino and I am the director of a play called, "Newsies". We want you as the part of Katherine. Your audition time and script are in the letter as well. See you soon!- Aronn J.
I smiled. "I got the part as Jack Kelly", Tuck told me in a Brooklyn accent. I laughed. He smiled. "Hey, junior. Get the hell outta here before i kick you ass", Raph said lightly pushing me behind him. "Raph!" I said. "If you flirt on my sister again, I'LL KICK THE-" Raph said. I couldn't hear the rest because Donnie and Leo covered my ears. I sighed as Tuck ran out of the lair. Raph smirked. "Bastard", he mumbled and walked away. The next morning, I went to the studio to audition. When I walked in, I saw Pharnell. He was with Daniel. They turned to face me. "We brought you here to perform with Tuck, Linnea and Ryan my Pop Danthology 2014. Not Newsies, unfortunally", Daniel explained. Linnea stood with her brother and Ryan with Pharnell. I nodded and Linnea handed me the time that we were performing. 2:00 today. With dancing. Linnea handed me a button. I pressed it and my clothes changed into a small dress. The button blended into my dress.
When we had everything down, they let the crowd in. As the music started up, I was shaking with excitment as we took out places on stage.
