Camp IZ*ONE/LOONA

Chapter 1

You have arrived at your destination!

Six girls looked up at the academy that they were about to attend. It was a summer camp, very beautiful, I might add. 

"OH MY GOD!" Chuu said with MUCH enthusiasm. "THIS IS AMAZING!"

"Why didn't the others come with us?" Heejin asked, getting out of the car.

Hyejoo stumbled out after her. "Everything hurts...I hate three-hour-long road trips." 

"I hate travelling with you," Hyunjin replied. "especially when you state random facts about death the whole ride." 

"same, same," Yves muttered.

The girls unpacked their stuff and walked into the building. They were greeted at the front by a female human.

"Hello there! Welcome to 'camp'!" she said, flipping through pages. "So...which one of you is Haseul?"

"Uhm..she's not here," Heejin responded

"Well, perhaps there's a... Hyunjin?" 

Hyunjin nodded. "I think that's me"

"Ah, I see. Ahem...TAEYONG GET OVER HERE RN THERE ARE SOME STUDENTS THAT NEED TO BE SHOWN AROUND" The woman shouted, sticking her head through a door.

"ugh...now? shoot," An unknown voice replied.

"Gladly," She replied and cocked out a nerf super soaker.

"Fine, fine!" The voice grumbled and a dude walked out.

"We're allowed to bring guns to camp? Sweet," Hyejoo whispered.

The woman cleared her throat. "This is Mr. tY tRaCK and he will be your tour guide for the day. afternoon activities will start once you've unpacked. I'll send someone to your room when you're ready," She said.

"Mr. Lee? I have a question," Jiwoo spoke up as the girls followed Taeyong. "Are these walls organic?"

"They're gluten-free," Taeyong responded. "And here we are. Here is the cafeteria. Only staff can enter the kitchen. We used to have cooking classes until...until one of the students set the campus on fire."

"Oh...When was this?" Heejin asked.

"Just last summer. Most of the activities will be outdoors, as you can see we have two outdoor classrooms and one science room. The dorms lead that way, and we sometimes do forest studies, out there." he pointed to a clearing out the window near some fallen logs.

"The six of you will be sharing one room, although it's split up into two bedrooms with three bunks each. Don't lose your key cards," He added, giving them three room cards and a map each. "Someone will come to escort you after 45 minutes, for some outdoor activities. Enjoy your stay" Then he left.

"OMG! A BED!" Chuu flopped down on one of the lower bunks. "IT'S. SO. SOFT!!!!!"

"Dibs on that one," Gowon pointed to the top bunk in the first room. 

"Can I sleep on the floor?" Yves asked no one in particular.

"Sleeping on the floor may be tempting to some people, because of the cooler temperature, however sleeping on the floor can damage your back posture. Sleeping on the floor may lead to itchy eyes, high fever, and trouble breathing. According to-"

"Nevermind," Yves interfered and claimed a mattress. 

Chuu started unpacking. A teddy bear, a lizard, a cactus, a laptop, a watermelon...what?

"Mind if I play some music?" Jiwoo asked.

"Not at all-WAIT JIWOO IS THAT MY MISSING SOCK???" Hyejoo yelled.

"Please quiet down-" Chaewon pleaded.

"OMG, THIS SOCK HAS BEEN MISSING FOR TWO YEARS HOW DO YOU HAVE IT" Hyejoo screamed even louder, ignoring Chaewon.

"This is what happens when you tell me to do our laundry together," Chuu responded gently.

"Would you STAWP," Chaewon repeated, a little desperately.

Hyejoo rolled her eyes. "whatever..."
