Imagine being Catra's girlfriend from the Horde. Though you were more like Adora in the sense you had a strong sense of justice, you ultimately decided that you didn't have the heart to just leave Catra behind. So in that time you two grew closer.
You're use to Catra being the loud mouth, hot headed, silver tongued of you two, but when you and Catra find yourself welcomed into Etheria, Catra quickly spots out Shadow Weaver.
Being that you've been with Catra for so long, you instantly catch the change in her body language. Her ears pulled back, her hairs on her tail and her neck standing on end, her small fangs showing and claws ready to strike.
You place a hand on her shoulder to comfort her, and it works for a moment but you know she's still on edge because of the shadow witch.
Throughout the time you and Cat were in Etheria you would cast small protection spells on Catra, made sure the small protective satchel you gave her was always charge. On particularly bad days, you would even go as far as hexing the cruel witch.
You were hunted for years, accused of being evil, when in reality you didn't have an evil bone in your body. You've been burned, thrown out and tortured for crimes you never committed. So witches like Shadow Weaver eriked you anyways because you blamed witches like her for the hostility to your kind. But that wasn't all, if this was only personal, you wouldn't much mind. Just simply stay away from her, but being previlaged enough to have Catra's trust, meant that you were trusted to know all her horror stories of Shadow Weaver. You knew how she treated Catra in the horde, and how she betrayed her time and time again, and it made your blood boil with a rage you've never known.
One day, you, Catra, and Shadow Weaver were making a trek with the other princesses. Shadow Weaver began to get angrier and angrier as the woods further in golfed you. You were on a trek to find your home before the horde, and the last known witches the Horde had not captured or recruited.
"Do you even know where we're going or are you just leading us in circles!?" Shadow Weaver snapped.
From your side you noticed Catra tense, so you switched your wooden staff to your other hand to hold hers.
"Well maybe if you and Hordak hadn't hunted our kind near extinction, they'd be easier to find."
"Oh don't pretend you're some kind of saint, because in case you forgot, you worked for the horde too, so their blood is on your hands as well!"
You turned around so fast, you nearly gave yourself a whiplash. "Don't pretend we're in the same boat, darling, we ain't even in the same ocean! I joined the horde because they captured me as a child and it was either that or have my head on a spike."
From behind her mask you heard her vicious laugh, "Well if you cared so much about 'our kind' you should've chose the spike."
Now it was Catra's turn to be protective as she planted herself in front of you and snarled, "Why don't you just do us all a favor and shut the hell up?!"
Shadow Weaver completely ignored Catra taking one step toward you. You stood closer to Catra's side your staff sperating her from the two of you. "Not to mention, this little...crush, on your horde captain. How can your baraid me for being in the Horde when not only are you in it yourself, you're sucking up to one of their leaders."
You laughed, though Catra could see the faint glow in your eye indicating you were starting to lose your composer. "Is that what you think this is? A little crush? Well let me tell you something witch," You spat the word like poison.
"I know how you treated Adora and Catra in the horde, I know what a monster you were to her, so let me tell you something right now." You took a step forward, now in front of Catra, the glow in your eyes more prominent. "You make one slip up, one wrong look, if you give me even one reason to think you might hurt Catra, and I'll make that little scar on your face look like child's play!"
Catra placed her hand on you and whispered, "Hey, it's okay, stand down."
Shadow Weaver laughed at Catra's plea, taking another step closer to you, a step which you took in return, making Catra's hand fall from your shoulder.
"So is that what you are now? Catra's little guard dog."
You smiled as your staff began to glow a brilliant purple, "Woof, woof, bitch."
