I run away from walkers through the labyrinth called forest, if I stop to think, why am I running at the moment? Why is everything happening now?
Why don't they come home anymore? Why did they leave me? I can't do this anymore, I'm sinking, but I'm here for my little brother, for Rosita, for my mother, my father and the people that I love.
I keep running but I hit my head on a branch and I fall on my back. "Auuuuu, my head" I said looking at the sky, my thoughts fly forgetting that I am being followed by walkers. "How beautiful is the sky today"
I never had time to look at it carefully, to feel what I felt once
a walker appears in front of me, I get up quickly but I fail because I stumble like a fool and fall pulling him over me. I push him with all my power looking for something to kill him with. I see a stone next to me, I try to take it, but he doesn't give up and approaches me.
After a few attempts to reach the stone, I manage, I hit him in the head and he rolls away from me. I get up in my feet, he does the same but doesn't grab it, because I hit him again bravely, I hit until he dies.
"That's how it's make it" I throw the stone from my hand and run my hand through my hair, noticing that Rosita is getting close to me
"Are you good?" Rosita questioning me worriedly. "Yes I'm fine, thanks for helping me!" I answered and she rolled her eyes
We are surrounded, Rosita and I are sitting back to back at the moment waiting for them to approach so we can kill them
What's happening? Shots are heard and all the walkers fall down
What is this? Is this sleeping gas?
"Judith run!" She yells at me and we start running through the trees again
What they want from us? Why did they give us gas to fall asleep? Normally, did we step on their territory? Do they feel threatened?I know the feeling but it is not fair
An arrow enters Rosita's leg and she falls to the ground "Rosita are you okay?" I'm questioning her scared and helping her to get up but I'm not strong enough
"You got a little fat"I said to her "Are you serious? This isn't really the time!"
"Yeah I'm sorry, there, let's hide!"we hardly reach the trees, we sit down so that they can't see us
"What are we doing? We can't go to Oceanside is too dangerous," I break the silence "Judith, we have to do, It's more dangerous, what if they attack there, we can't stay" she said "yeah but you're hurt!" I say looking at her wound
"You go!I'm going to get their attention, and you're going to go and tell them!" tells me " But- but I can't leave without you, I don't want to leave you here" I say in a trembling voice
"It's just a small wound, it did not enter the whole leg. I can handle, I promise" tells me raising my head so she can look at my face.
I stare at her for 30 seconds but keep pushing me away and then we get up together. I run straight ahead but I stop and look back, I see her running towards them
"Why do you like to put you in danger, I love you girl!"I said looking back then I turn to my way and keep running away
