ALL THE EYES ON HER

A poem about paranoia.

All of the eyes were on her.

Cameras everywhere,
Invisible to the eye,
"Privacy's for fools," says stalkers,
According to the paranoid girls and guys.

You can't trust anyone,
Not even your best friend,
As the young girl used to say,
"They will lead you to your end."

There's no escape from this state;
Despite what everyone says,
You will likely have this linger,
Similar to little miss Sarah Shays.

All of the eyes were on her.
