Jia had eventually calmed down, to Seokjin's taste. But she was still very uncomfortable. Going back to Seoul, where Seokjin wanted to take her shopping for once in the capita city, Jia had tried to look her best for the journey. And she'd wanted to go in the first place. "If you tell me again, that we can't do this, I'm going to kick you somewhere you're not going to enjoy." She snarled as she boarded the lengthy train.
"Please trust me." Seokjin tried to smile as he sat down in his allocated seat, "Seoul is a dangerous place if you're in the wrong spot. With the wrong mafia in particular."
"But Dad told me never to trust you-"
"He's gone, okay. You can trust me. And it was a lie. You should have never trusted your father." Seokjin stated. Jia's father died when she was young from cancer and he told her two simple rules, never get with a boy and never trust the mafia. You could say she did both. And it still hurt- the memories of her father. After all this time, it still hurt.
When they arrived in Seoul, Jia looked around with wide eyes. Her mother had never allowed her to go to Seoul before because she had a fear that she would lose her only daughter in the midst of the crowds of the sprawling megacity. They went shopping, went shopping again, had heaps of fun trying to ice skate on the indoor winter arena and ate heaps. When they got in the Ferris Wheel, Jia exclaimed, "Jin! I haven't had this much fun since we got chased by that mob last year!"
Seok-Jin sighed, "I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with you." As the two were walking down one of Seoul's famous food streets, a bunch of bandits in black jumped out behind of them and put bags over their heads without them noticing. Seok-Jin gasped.
He should have been expecting this. He should have been expecting this. And Jia? My god, Jia, imagine what was going on inside of her head.. When the bags were ripped off their heads, they now sat in a dark room with one little light hanging above their heads. A single man stood in-front of them now. It seemed like he couldn't care whether they were alive nor dead, but it seemed both to be completely honest.
"I know who you are.." He hissed, "What are you doing in my area?!" He then slammed his fist on the table and looked Jia and Seok Jin in the eye. Jia looked towards him as if to say, "Who is this mother fucker?" And the truth was, Seok Jin could hardly tell.
"Obviously you know who I am. My name is the infamous, handsome, almost too good to be deceiving.. Mr. Kim Laurent." The man announced, the light shining more on his features and that's when Seok Jin realised that he did know who this man was and what his business was doing here. Mr. Kim Laurent, a up-and-coming mafia boss of half of Seoul, which he 'shared' with another mafia.
There was only a couple of things that Seok Jin knew about Mr. Kim Laurent.
1. He was a nemesis of his own mafia. And his father hate everything in Laurent's guts.
2. He wasn't a merciful man. He was quick, he was agile and he wasn't the least forgiving. More to say the least, he had his own henchmen and followers killed after they helped them with a impossible task and so he never trusted anyone. Not even his own children.
3. He had a son and a daughter. A son named Kim Namjoon and a daughter named Kim Kyung Min. They weren't followers of his, but they supported him in some ways because he was their father.
4. He was raised in America, so he had an English name from his naturally Korean parents who were actually feared in America for helping out gangs there with naughty business.
And that was all. And his son? Possibly the same age as him, possibly older or younger. Mr. Kim Laurent leant towards the both of them, and spat on the ground, before shrieking, "You are useless pigs! You! You are Mr. Kim Seok Jin! I hate you! I hate your father! I hate your mother. And I hate your girlfriend!"
"Girlfriend? Um, Mr. Kim.. I'm not his girlfriend.." chuckled Jia nervously. SLAP!! A slap streaked across Jia's face and she cried out in pain, "OUCH!!"
"You! Don't you talk!" snapped Mr. Kim before screaming, "Now be thankful as I'm bringing in someone and leaving you, you piece of mother fucking crap, Kim Seok Jin under his 'care', whilst I beat your girlfriend until she begs for death!!"
And Mr. Kim Laurent dragged Jia away who was kicking and screaming with all her might. And she wouldn't stop. Seok Jin couldn't even cover his face to hide his tears in which it was something he was prone to do. Then he heard: "FATHER! PLEASE!!" And someone was shoved into the room.
Kim Namjoon. His son.
"Um, hi. My name is Kim Namjoon, or you can call me RM because it basically means god of destruction to say the least. I break everything even when I don't mean to. And I rap. So it means 'Rap Monster' but I shorten it to RM. What about you?" He shuddered.
"Why should I tell you? My best friend in the whole world is possibly and most likely dead because of your family." whispered Seok Jin, "Why should I trust you?"
"Dude, because I'm the only one who can get you out of here alive. Remember? Name? Or nickname?" RM chuckled.
Seok Jin sighed, "My name is Kim Seok Jin but everyone calls me, Jin."
"Right... cool!"
