CHAPTER 15

RECAP- KARAN NAINA'S MARRIAGE

Shiva woke up a little late today, ofcourse because he had fallen asleep late. The first thing that came in his mind after waking up was that moment with Raavi, but then his eyes fell on Siya's portrait in his hands.

He felt as if he was cheating her.

S- Ye mujhe kya ho raha hai? Raavi ke saath main normal behave kyon nahi kar paata nahi hun...nahi mujhe ye sab sochna band karna hoga...

He got up and got ready for the day. As he stood in front of mirror combing his hair, he heard moaning sounds and smiled. Karan's room was in the same corridor and these people were having morning s*ex.

He chose to call him and alert that it's already too late and they should reach downstairs now. He called Karan.

K-*tired voice*  Hello Bhai...
S- Yaar tum log kitne loud ho, tone down a little.
K- Oh Sorry..vo ham...
S- Koi nahi...but ab uth jao nahi to Maa aa jayengi uthane and then outright embarrassment...
K- Kya bhai...Okay fine...

He cut the call and went downstairs to have his tea. As he took the first sip, he heard Raavi's voice and got startled. Was she really there or he was imagining her?

He closed his eyes...

R- Aunty...Aunty...

Fine, she is here in reality. He turns back and looks at her. She has a bag in her hand. He runs to help her.

S- Raavi ye itna heavy bag...kisi ko bula leti..

R- I thought main utha lungi...

D- Raavi beta, subah subah kaise aana hua...

R- Namaste Aunty, vo kal jaldi jaldi mein Naina ka ek bag vahin reh gaya tha, I thought abhi vo rasmon mein busy hogi to main khud hi le aayi...

D- Accha kiya, aao chai pee lo...

R- Jee Aunty...

All sit for tea. Raavi starts looking for Naina.

R- Aunty Naina kahan hai..

S- Vio donon bass aate hi honge...

R- Abhi tak nahi uthe...

S- Naa..

All smile. Meanwhile, Naina and Karan come downstairs and Naina quickly runs and hugs Raavi..

R- Bohot late ho gaya behen...

N- Haan vo actually Karan ne..

Karan and Shiva start coughing to alert her that they are standing between elders.

N- Vese tu yahan kese, aur Mummy Papa kaise hain...

R- Tera bag leke aayi hun, aur Mummy Papa bhi bilkul thik hain...

All sit for breakfast and do some chit chatting, while Dhara takes Naina for pehli rasoi and Karan also accompanies them.

R- I think ab mujhe bhi chalna chahiye..

G- Shiva jaa Raavi ko car tak chhod de

S- Jee Papa.

They walk towards gate silently as they don't know what they should talk about. But Raavi decides to initiate.

R- Shiva, vo kal raat ke liye...

S- Let's not talk about it Raavi...

R- I am Sorry...

S- Don't be, it wasn't your fault, let's just forget about it..It was just...

R- Shh...I understand..

And she sits in her car and leaves. Shiva also leaves for office.
Next few days, they do not have any meeting or any kind of interaction, and Raavi has been missing him a lot.

Shiva also thinks about her a lot these days and it bothers him, it makes him feel guilty, he doesn't want to do it but he can't help it. He indirectly asks about Raavi to Naina once in a while, and Dhara and Karan notice it.

Karan decides to have a conversation with him about Raavi. He goes to terrace at night, and found Shiva there.

S- Yahan kya kar raha hai Bhai, jaa packing kar le, kal nikalna hai na tum logon ko...

K- Ho gayi hai Bhai...

S- Tu khush hai na Karan...

K- Ye sab mujhe sapne jese lagta hai Bhai...Naina ke sath I always stay happy...sab kuch accha lagta hai...

S- I am very happy for you...Maine kal ka tum logo ka sara intezaam kar diya hai...be on time...

R- Bhai aap sabki khushiyon ke baare mein sochte ho, sabka kitna khyal rakhte ho, par aapki khushiyon ka kya..

S- Phir vahi baat Karan, kitni baar kahun tujhse that I am happy...

K- No bhai, its time you move on..koi aapka khayal rakhne wali aani chahiye...

S- Karan you know mera answer kya...

K- Change your answer bhai...accha tell me one thing, aapko Raavi kesi lagti hai...

Shiva looks at him stunned. Is it that obvious?

S- Stop it Karan, Raavi sirf meri acchi dost hai aur kuch nahi...

K- Really, acchi dost ke saath koi vese dance nahi karta jese aap dono engagement vale din kar rahe the...

S- Aisa kuch nahi hai...

K- Stop lying to yourself bhai, it is obvious ki aap dono ek dusre ko like karte ho...

S- What? Ham donon?

K- Yess bhai, usse dekh ke saaf saaf pata chalta hai that she likes you...She is so sweet bhai, aap usse batate kyon nahi ho...

S- No, aisa kuch nahi hai, main kisi aur se pyaar nahi karta, I only love Siya aur main usski jagah kisi ko nahi dunga, kabhi nahin...

K- But bhai...

S- Enough Karan, no more discussion..  main sone jaa raha hun...

Shiva goes to his room and Karan sighs.

K- Kab tak denial mein rahoge bhai...

Shiva tries to sleep but Karan's words keep ringing in his mind.

S- Kya sach mein mai Raavi ko...no aisa kaise ho sakta hai, no no no....aur upar se he said ki Raavi likes me...

Shiva, stop thinking about her...you don't love her and that is it...

And then he sleeps after hell lot of struggle. Raavi, on the other side is packing some stuff for Karan and Naina as she has to see them off at the airport tomorrow.

R- Kal Shiva se bhi milna ho jayega, kitne din se we haven't met...kya mujhe unhe apne dil ki baat bata deni chahiye, vo maanenge ha nahi, kya vo bhi mere liye kuch feel karte honge...Oh God, help me...

Maybe you find this one a little thanda but someone needs to knock some sense in Shiva, that is why this chapter...

Note-- Boys ko denial mode se nikalna is very tough...
