The next day came around and Shinobu was still confused on what happened last night. "What happened last night? Why did she let me go? Why did she heal me," Shinobu thought to herself as she got dressed. "Miss Shinobu, the trial of Tanjiro Kamado is about to start," Aoi said. Shinobu shook her head. "Thank you Aoi, I'll be right out," Shinobu said. Aoi left the room and Shinobu finished getting dressed. Afterwards, Shinobu quickly hurried outside. As she looked at the forest, she saw something move around the tree line. Shinobu stopped dead in her tracks. Shinobu looked deeply into the forest. She could see a figure poking out from a tree. Shinobu concentrated on the figure. It became clearer and turned out to be the spider demon. Shinobu was surprised at first. The spider demon smiled and waved. Shinobu waved back. The spider demon quickly retreated back into the forest. "What is this feeling," Shinobu thought to herself. She felt a hand on her back. She turned around to see Giyuu. "Shinobu, are you okay? You seem off today," Giyuu asked. "Oh, yeah. I'm alright," Shinobu said. "Well okay. Come on, the trail is about to start," Giyuu said. Shinobu nodded her head and followed Giyuu to the mansion. The trail went on as normal. Nezuko was not killed. Then she and Tanjiro were escorted to the butterfly mansion to rest. After the trail, Shinobu stayed behind. "Hey Shinobu, where's your sword," Giyuu asked. Shinobu scratched the back of her head. "A demon broke it last night," Shinobu said. "Did you order a new one yet," Giyuu asked. Shinobu nodded her head. "Alright well, I have to prepare for the next mission," Giyuu said. He then left. Shinobu looked at the forest and once again saw the spider demon. Shinobu looked confused. "Is she a stalker," she asked herself.
