1. What fandom is this for? (DC, Marvel or MHA- if it's another anime or movie or book or show, please write the full title spelled correctly)

2. How many characters are in the fanfiction and which characters?

3. If it's just two characters is it a ship? And if yes, who is the top? (Keep in mind, I don't write anything that is 18+, no lemons, no smut, etc.)

4. What will happen in the fanfiction? (Short description of the plot)

5. Is this an omorashi fanfiction? If not, what is it? (Hurt/comfort, found family, enemies to lovers, etc.) And if it is an omorashi fanfiction, which character would wet themself, how would they react, how would the characters around them react?

6. Anything else you want to mention, like a detail that didn't fit with a question but is still important to the story?
