A/N: There are debates about what Lex Luthor is actually scared of, that's why I chose him, because most people say he's just scared of losing power or being made powerless, so writing him in a fanfiction like this just fits that perfectly
Disclaimer: I apologize if Lex Luthor or Batman are really out of character, I've not seen very many Batman movies and I don't know how they usually are in cannon universe

It was a normal, peaceful day in Gotham city, like always, until the warning alarm went off in the Teen Titans tower, signaling there was a villain causing trouble "Teen Titans-" Robin began his iconic line, before Cyborg so rudely interrupted
"What is happening? Are we gonna go right now, or should we figure out what we're up against first..?" The alarm was still blaring in the background as Raven joined in "We always just blindly jump into fights and beat the bad guys, why would this be any different? And besides, Robin can always call his dad-"
