The person speaking changes with every new "phrase". So "harsh" would be Tommy then the next one "hahaha" would be Dream, etc.

"What's sad?"

"There once was a stupid little boy, this little boy went into the Gédal forest. There he found what he thought was a new friend. He took his new friend home only to find everyone ignored that friend. The little boy only being around five ignored it and played with his friend anyway. Soon that boy was ten and he had a new little brother. This little brother couldn't see his friend but that was normal at this point. They lived a fairly happy life the boy loving his little brother more than anything. Now fast forward a year or three later. The little boys brother is missing only to be found but, he doesn't seem to remember his brother. This seems to be the point where the little boy's control slips and oh no. Turns out that friend wasn't truly a friend! Of course the 'friend' need to stay in control so why not break the little boy more!"
"W-wait, D-Dream is the little boy isn't he? That would make you the Dreamon and me the...little brother?"
"I knew you could figure it out! Now I thought that once you were gone Dream would give me control whenever I wanted and I was right! But then of course you walked right into the picture again, got his hopes all high. Of course he was slowly gaining control back so I used you against him!"

"You know what? You want to truly talk to your brother?"
"W-wha- I mean yes. Yes I want to!"

"...Dream...?"
"Yes-"
"Hey"
"T-tommy. How? No I know how. Why?!"
"Dream calm down"
"No! He wouldn't let me just see you for no reason there has to be something he's trying to do."
"What if he is just trying to let you see me?"
"But that wouldn't do anything for him it would help me and he doesn't want that."
"Look around can you see him?"
"No but he is still manifested in me. He can hear, see, use me to know."
