It was a quiet Saturday afternoon, the apartment had two people soundly sleeping in different rooms of course. Thought they were sleeping in the same room? Not yet at least, anyways Kai was in one of the guest bedrooms that came along with the wonders of the apartments, wasn't to small but wasn't to big either. Just right for a 18 year old boy, Kai was a chill person at that so anything over his comfort limit either scared him or made him uncomfortable, little did Innocence know that she was one of them.
"How can a woman like that be so beautiful?" Kai woke up question his life as to how the hell a troublemaker like him got such a one in the life time chance. Living in such expensive home all alone, along with a woman who's got her own no less, Kai was living the high life in his mind. "Damn..maybe I should make her some breakfast or get her a gift? I don't have any money but I can get some whenever I want so I could probably do both?"
Kai got up and walked to his door, as soon as he turned to knob and open the door a smell of delight filled his nostrils making him just stand there and take it all in. "Kai, you awake?" Her angelic voice rang in his ear, making him realize what he was doing. "Uh, yeah I am!" "Good, come in the kitchen and get your breakfast!"
"Well there goes my plan." He thought as he closed his door and walked into the beautiful kitchen.

He rubbed his eyes gently seeing the woman humming to the music she played on her phone on the countertop, she had a spatula in her hand waving it around as her hips moved in a circle, a smile appeared on her face when she had eye contact with the male. "Good morning~" she giggled.
Kai's face lit up like fire smelling the food, hearing her voice, and seeing a girl like her dance especially with a outfit like THAT on!

This woman is either really confident or just doesn't get a fuck, Kai stared at Innocence for a good minute before she decided to walk over and snap her fingers and wave her hand in front of his face. "Hello? Anyone in there?" The flustered male jolted before looking down being face to face with the half naked girl.
"You alright there bud?" "U-Uh yeah I-I'm fine, why do you ask?" He tried to play it off , scratching the back of his head like he wasn't just staring at her a few moments ago. "Mhm, sure. Breakfast is on the table over there, after your done go get ready because we'll be going to the mall." She said putting the pan she used in the sink than going over to the table to eat the food she made for them.
"What are we going to the mall for?" "For you." The boy was stunned when he heard her response, quickly walking over to her and sitting down in the chair next to hers. "Why for me?" "New clothes, shoes, anything else you need." She said blankly, eating a bite of her pancakes while giving him a side eye. "But I don't- yes you do, you look like yo ass been living in the streets. While you in my ass your gonna either be decked out in fancy clothes or look like you work a 9 to 5. We're going to the mall and buying you clothes."
The black woman shook her head before puffing up her Afro and went back to eating, leaving the black man stunned with amazement. Other than his own mother, no one talked to him like that and he found it kinda sexy coming from her. He didn't wanna over stay his welcome but she didn't mind at all if she was gonna buy him clothes and other stuff. "Well..alright then." Kai smiled a bit as he started to eat him breakfast, warm and delicious as he thought before he even tasted it.
After 10 minutes~
Innocence put the plates in the sink, quickly washing them before she turned to Kai. "Alright go get dressed, I'll be on the living room when you're done." She fixed her shirt a bit before walking off and into the room, Kai did the same. Once he softly closed his door he started dancing out of happiness, he was finally away from all his troubles and was living with the girl he only saw in his dreams. "Would this be a date? No just a little shopping spree, I mean a shopping spree could be a date too if you think about it. Should I ask her?"
He kept mumbling and pacing around before he realized "OH SHIT I NEED TO GET READY!" He almost stumbled, rushing to find a good outfit for himself for his "date" with Innocence. Once he got himself ready he slid into the living and sat down on the crunch in a instant, waiting for the goddess thy was the 20 year old woman that he was living with.

"Kai, you ready?" The brown skinned woman came out of her room, footsteps could be heard as she walked in the hallway into the living room, standing behind the couch looking down at the now astonished male.

"O-Oh wow...you look so pretty.." "Thank you, your not bad yourself. Get all the things you need and let's go, we're going to the downtown mall." She grabbed her bag, phone, and keys before waiting for him to do the same and waited for him at the door, however Kai just got up and followed her. "Do you have your phone?"
Kai looked away from her and chuckled softly. "I uh..don't have one." The female slowly turned around with her eyes wide and her mouth open. "How are you eighteen and don't have a phone?!" "My parents." She sighed and rubbed her temples, she opened the door and started walking down stairs with the male close behind her. "We're buying you a lot more stuff for you than I originally thought." She shook her head getting in the car, looking over her at him. "Thanks for this Innocence.." "You're welcome Kai."
