Chapter Fifteen

Carter's P.O.V

I bit my lip walking through the school hallways, sadly it was once again Monday the worst day of the week. I walked down the hallway in search for my locker that was currently being blocked by a bunch of people.

"Move out of the way people" I said shoving through the crowd of the people, a couple of people moved out of my way but other were being dicks and stayed where. 

I arrived at my locker and put in the combination opening it, I grabbed the books that I needed and shut the locker door. I haven't seen Taylor in a few days so I was happy that I got to see him today, if he comes.

I shoved my way back through the people, finally I was in the hallway where I could actually walk. The bell rung and I groaned throwing my head back, "Hey Carter" I heard a familiar voice behind me, I turned to see Nash Grier, I gave a small smile and met up with him.

"Hey what's up bro?" I asked and he smiled a slight smile "nothing really, how is Taylor, I heard what happened" Nash asked and I shrugged.

"Honestly I don't know I haven't seen him since the hospital sorry" I said and he nodded understanding, he went to walk away but I grabbed his arms to stop him.

"Is that all you needed?"

"not really, but its cool I don't want to bring you into my drama"

"no tell me" I said and he nodded grabbing my hand and pulling me into the janator's closet, he shut the door and turned on the lights then looking at me.

"Me and Cam are dating" he said and I smiled "really? I didn't know you were gay" I said with a small smile thinking of Taylor.

"yeah yeah, anyways I walked in on him and Matt and it kinda looked like they were kissing" he said and my eyes widened.

"wait what?" I asked kinda confused because Matt seemed like a sweet kind and I wouldn't have expected him to kiss another guys man.

Nash's P.O.V

I smiled as I pulled into Cameron's driveway, I turned off my car and opened the door stepping out and shoving my keys in my pocket. 

I shut the door behind me and walked up the sidewalk that lead to the bright red porch, I jogged up the sidewalk and up the stairs of the porch. The flower pot was close to falling so I pushed it back to the spot that it was supposed to be in. I walked to the door and was about to knock when I heard voices.

"I suck" I couldn't make out the voice that held the words. I walked over to the window and peeked in seeing Cameron and the new kid Matthew Espinosa.

It got silent before they began inching closer, I heard yelling down the street so I ran down off the porch and to the car unlocking it and getting in and starting the car up. 

I pulled out of the driveway and down the street I went. My heart smashed into a million little pieces.

Did Cameron cheat on me? Did they really kiss?

"Of course they did because he does not love you" the voice inside my head yelled. 

I sighed knowing that it was true.

I told Carter of how I caught them kissing or about to kiss or what ever they were doing. he sighed and bit his bottom lip looking speechless, he gave a sympathetic smile and hugged me "Cameron loves you, he has since they day you came to this school Nash he wouldn't ruin it they more unlikely didn't kiss" he said and I looked down at my feet sighing "yeah" I said and with that I opened the closet door and stepped out walking down the hallway that was now empty.

-Lunch time-

I got to the cafeteria late because Mrs. Pennington kept us longer than she should have, my eyes found Cameron and of course the new kid was right next to him.

I've heard rumors that Taylor lives with Matthew now but I'm not sure if it was completely true.

I walked over and took the seat on the other side of Cameron "hey baby" he smiled and kissed me on the cheek, I gave a fake smile and he bit his bottom lip furrowing his eyebrows.

"is everything ok?" he asked and I nodded looking at Matthew "so is the rumors true? Did Taylor move in with you?" I asked and he nodded shyly.

At the table sat me, Cameron, Matt, Carter, and Shawn, the only ones with trays were Carter, Cameron and Shawn. 

"yeah but he doesn't like it there, he says that I'm stuck up" Matt said and before I could even think of what to say Cameron spoke up "that's not true Matt, your not stuck up so fuck him"he said and I rolled my eyes god Cam was pissing me off.

I stood up and walked out of the cafe, "Nash" I heard Cameron yell after me but I din't listen I just kept walking.

I felt someone grab my waist and pulled me back to them, I looked over my shoulder seeing Cameron, I rolled my eyes and broke loose of his grip.

"Why are you mad at me? What did I do?" he asked and I crossed my arms over my chest and rolled my eyes.

Cameron frowned and I bit my bottom lip, "I know that you like Matthew" I said bluntly and kinda disappointed, Cameron frowned and shook his head no as if I was insane or something.

"What are you talking about Nash? I love you" He said and I just laughed "yeah sure you do, that's why you kissed him"

He furrowed his eyebrows but I didn't budge I still glared at him waiting for him to come up with another excuse.

"What are you talking about? I never kissed Matt" he said and I groaned throwing my hands down "Cameron I was there you were playing x-box and you guys started leaning closer" I said, my voice cracking.

His face fell realizing what I was talking about, I turned away and went to walk but he grabbed me "Nash I didn't kiss him" he said and my face softened, I wanted to believe him I but didn't know if I did or not.

"I promise Nash" he said and I gave a small smile.

Cameron pulled me into a kiss.
