3. Fortunate Accident *Part 2*

A/N: As I promised, part 2 of 'Fortunate Accident', though I did change my writing style, this time there is gonna be POV's, but not a lot, I prefer narrator view but POV's can be helpful sometimes. Though I'm comfortable with both :) Ya'll this is gonna be 3 parts because it took so long for Conan to explain himself-

Conan's POV

I had just left the Kuroba household on my way to Beika. Along the way to the train station, all I was able to think about was the text message my phone had received earlier today.

From: Haibara Ai

To: Edogawa Conan

This is very sudden, I had come to the agency a while ago to inform you something too important to be spoken through phone or text, but I wasn't able to find you there. I had created a permanent antidote of APTX 4869. Details to be discussed at Doc's house.

Sent at 1:36 pm, Saturday.

I finally reached Doctor Agasa's house, glancing at my house briefly before entering the house with a heart thumping so hard in my chest.

"About time." Haibara said, sitting with papers and documents scattered on the coffee table.

"Gumen, I was in Ekoda..." I replied, waiting for her to continue with her discussion.

"sigh sit down"

I followed her instructions and sat down across, my eyes slowly darting over the sheets in front of me.

"I suppose you know why you're here, I was finally able to create a potential and permanent antidote for APTX 4869.." Haibara started, I just stared at her not knowing what say or even feel, am I happy? I certainly am, who wouldn't when they were stuck as a child for almost a year now? But it does feel sad, all the friends and people I've known, Edogawa Conan will disappear, like he never existed, just the way he came.

"I want to tell you something before giving you the pill" Haibara continued, cutting my trail of thoughts.

"Sort things out, decide who you are going to tell the truth after you come back, don't be too reckless, you are fully aware Gin and Vermouth had escaped after the bring down of the organization, I allow you to tell people the reason of your disappearance, and I trust you in deciding who trustworthy enough of the truth... I will give you the pill tomorrow morning, go. Decide your fate." She finished, smiling a little. I rarely see Haibara smile, so I smiled back and left. 

I looked at my watch, it was 6 pm.

Tonight is going to be very eventful.

No-one's POV

"Tadaima.." Conan said as he entered the house this place will sure have so much memories with the beginning of Conan . He said to himself.

"Welcome home Conan-kun! Did you have fun with Kuroba-kun?" Ran said, poking her head from the kitchen.

"Ran-neechan? Your home already? uh yes I had fun with Kaito-niichan" Conan said, a bit surprised... He was certainly planning on rehearsing what he was going to say before she comes home.
