Adventure Time fan fic ON HOLD

Chapter One

Today I spend my evning with Fionna, Cake, and Rosamund, my talking horse friend. We were asked by Price Gumball to help decorate his castle in the Candy Kigndom.

"Throw it, Cake!" Fionna shouts in a ready stance.

Cake grabs a Jelly Kinder and twirls it up to Fionna with her long arms.

"Eyahh!" Fiona says as she kicks it to the ceiling where others are sticking overhead on the ceiling.

I launch one into the air and roundhouse kick the little jelly candy into the ceiling. It lands beside the others with a splat.

"These jelly kinders aren't... alive, are they?" Fionna asks Prince Gumball.

"What? No! They can't even talk." He answers as he holds one of the candy decor.

The Jelly Kinder frantically lets out a sound and Prince Gumball hastily covers its mouth.

"Kick it!" Gumball says as he tosses the candy into the air. "Thanks for helping me out guys."

"There so cute!" I say as I give the purple Jelly Kinder a squeeze. "And squishy!" I add as aim to throw the Jelly to Rosamund for her to kick.

"What are these buggers for, anyway?" Cake the cat asks.

"Oh, they're decorations for my Biennial Gumball Ball. Tonight!" Gumball answers.

"Sounds like it gonna be large." Fionna says as she plays with Cake's arms.

I stifle a giggle and bit my thumb to keep down the laughter. Rosa hushes me then snorts her forelock out of her eyes.

"Yes!" He says as he hammers down his pink fist on his hand." So very large. I'd like you to be there as my special guest." Prince Gumball says as he reaches his hand out to Fionna to help her up.

"You want me to go with you to the ball?" Fionna asks as a pink blush spreads across her cheeks. I stride over to my bestie and squeeze her shoulder and give her a smile.

She's had a huge crush on PG forever!

"Heck yes. As my pal!"

"Oh. Right." Fionna says as she looks away.

Rosa and I both frown and look at each other. Blast it! This could have been Fionna's chance!

"It starts at seven, so don't be late!"

Outside storm clouds are forming quickly. Thunder booms through out the sky and lightning crackles.

"Fionna, we got trouble! My tail is totally frizzin' out!"

Just as Cake says her tail fluffs 4 times it's normal size and goose bumps run down my arms.

"Is it just me or did it get really cold?" I ask warily.

Rosa snorts next to me and shuffles her hooves in discomfort. "Something's not right here.."

"I'll check it out." Fionna says then races to the balcony and coming out of the clouds is a cackling Ice Queen.

"It's Ice Queen!" I hear Fionna gasp.

"The Prince shall be mine!" Ice Queen screetches in a high pitched voice.

She comes flying in and uses her ice powers to create a giant glacier.

"Back inside!" Fionna orders.

I follow her lead and run back into the ballroom. As we run the glacier smashes through the wall and Ice Queen slides down it.

"Outta my way, tomboy!" Ice Queen says asumingly toward Fionna.
