Chapter 21. PT2: A disaster...

The four Werewolves managed to get a hang of this whole ice skating thing as the whole large ring stretches about the size of a football field. No wonder why the tickets were so expensive as Ashter watches on as Dottie and the others have the times of their life.

"L-Look, Alpha!" Daniel says, trying to do a trick but nearly falls.

"Daniel!" Rylan and Dottie gasp as Ashter's eyes turn white, as a gust of wind...

"Huh...?" Ashter says as Daniel falls down, whining a little as Rylan was the first to rush to him, but falls next to him,

"Ah!" Dottie falls as the three laughs with one another...

But Ashter grew concerned,

"W-Why isn't the Magic working...?" Ashter is frightened as he looks at his left arm...

"Those marks..." Ashter's eyes widened as the red slashes trails up it...

"Alpha!" The three rush to Ashter but they fall once again, initiating a laugh as the Werewolf has to sit down and catch his breath.

But as he skates to the exit...

He smelt three Werewolves...

Expensive hair dye...

The Werewolf sits on an open bench, as he shutters from this feeling... He jerks down his sleeves to cover the marks.

"This... Isn't Magical Scarring..." Ashter was concerned...

Blocking Magic like this isn't a Potion... Is it? The Werewolf looks around as the three have fun as Ashter sits down and watches. They don't seem to know where he left and that's a nice thing.

At least they're having fun.

But someone else caught his eye.

"Aph...?" Ashter says as he gets up, rushing to her,

"Hey! Aph!" Ashter calls out as she turns around.

"O-Oh! Ashter! Ah... I didn't expect to... See you here..." Aphmau was... Saddened... Ashter can feel it even in the air. It was like second nature.

"Aph... What's wrong?" Ashter asks as the girl turns away...

"Well... Uhm... You see, I am kinda on a... Date..." Aphmau says as Ashter chuckles,

"Lemme guess, with Kai?" Ashter wonders as Aphmau chuckles once again,

"Y-Yeah... But..." Aphmau sighs, wondering,

"Uh... M-Maybe? H-Honestly I see you more as a sibling... Although I'm not sure..." Ashter wonders as Aphmau sighs, asking again,

"How do I get Kai's attention...?" Aphmau wonders as Ashter already knew what to say... Although it might seem harsh.

"W-Well... Kai is more mature... He is a senior after all..." Ashter says as Aphmau's face looks down,

"I... I see..." Aphmau says as Ashter suddenly hugs her. Aphmau didn't know what to say as the Werewolf rests his head on hers,

"Aph... Even if you aren't interested in him... Just know you can talk to me..." Ashter reassures her... Aphmau was silent...

"B-But... Aren't we technically-" Ashter knew what this was too.

"We're only friends as Alphas. This is High School, not the wild." Ashter says once again... As he gives her a tiny kiss on her head... She couldn't feel it thanks to the hair as Aphmau sighs, but smiles as she releases herself,
