Quirk: Ice Dragon. Ryuuki is able to breathe a cold mist that she is able to make from her throat to freeze the moisture in the air to make ice and snow, she can also freeze liquids to make ice, she can then freely manipulate what she makes with the cold mist she breathes. The dragon trait of her quirk prevents her from getting hypothermia and her throat from the cold to an extent, if pushed too far however her throat will start to freeze over making it harder for her to breathe.
Little background: Ryuuki is a fun loving, sweet, and caring tomboy that doesn't take shit from anybody and can tell when people are saying bullshit, She was rescued and adopted by Pro Hero: Eraser Head also known as Shota Aizawa and raised by the staff of UA high, being raised by the staff of Japan's most prestigious Hero school meant that she was trained by pros, but she was still given a normal and happy life. She sometimes likes to imitate her adoptive father whenever she wants to intimidate someone or get her point across.
