Avy was in the car with Lucky and Trevor, when she saw a little moment of the two. She cringed at it and Trevor saw her. Avy smirked and wiggled her eyebrows at him.

"Here we are!" Lucky exclaimed as soon as they reached the top of the mountains and jumped out from the car. The others went to see the view while Avy brought Trevor at the only swing (?) in there.

"Why did you bringe here?" He asked as the two of them sat down.

"I told you that we need to plan remember? Lucky is with the others and since they are loud, I don't think she'll hear us. We can start with basic" Avy started.

"And that is?" He questioned.

"To stop saying stupid lies" She answered and he scoffed.

"I don't lie" He replied.

"Oh yeah? Then how about your age? I'm sure you're the only one who thinks that you are seventeen" Avy said and Trevor's eyes widened.

"Wha—How—" He stuttered, making Avy chuckled.

"Dude, it's not hard to sense that you are lying. I mean, all teens wants to be adult teen, but I've never seen anyone lie about their age just to get a girl" Avy said.

"It works in my old hometown" He mumbled.

"Well this is Summerville. It's not your typical city. Have you ever seen a city that has earthquake every single day?" She questioned and he shook his head.

"No, got myself experienced that the first day we moved here" He answered.

"Guess that's how our city welcomes you" She said.

"So, how old are you?" She asked and he said something but Avy couldn't hear since he looked down.

"I'm sorry what?" She asked.

"Fifteen..." He finally said.

"Fifteen, not bad. Just two years younger than Lucky, but I don't know is she will be date person who is younger than her. Oh well, we won't know unless we find out" Avy nodded.

Trevor was about to say something when they felt the swing move.

"Get out!" Avy exclaimed in panic and both teens jumped out from their seats and looked at eachother.

They both looked down to check and saw something dark and red, but it soon vanished. Lucky and the others went to see too and then there was silence. Suddenly something, like a red mist came out from it, but then disappeared. All the teens gasped.

"W-What the hell" Avy muttered but the other laughed. Trevor faked a laugh, probably to hid that he was nervous.

"I think we should go" Lucky said and they all went back to the cars and drove off.

For the entire ride, Avy didn't say a word and Trevor kept taking glances at her, not used to not hear her talk or basically tease him whenever she get a chance.

The teens finally arrived in front of the diner and all of them walked out from the car.

"You...ok?" Trevor slowly approached Avy who nodded.

"Y-Yeah..just shock from what we saw" Avy answered.

"I'm sure it's probably nothing" He told her.

"Yeah...probably" She muttered. Then they heard a honk, they both turned around and saw Trevor's mom.

"We..we can talk about my weak flirting tomorrow after work..I don't think we can do that now either" Trevor said and Avy nodded.

"See you tomorrow..I guess" He muttered and Avy waved at him and gave him a weak smile.

"See you tomorrow, Lovesick boy" And then Trevor walked away.

Lucky went beside Avy.

"You and Trevor are now close huh" Lucky said to Avy.

"What?" She asked.

"Oh come on, don't act confuse. We saw you being flirty with him at the mountains" Lucky teased and Avy shook her head.

"You got it all wrong, Lucky. I wasn't flirting with him! We were just talking" She replied.

"Sure. Talking" Not believing Avy for a second. Avy didn't want Lucky to think there's something going on between her and Trevor. It'll ruin everything!

"I'm telling you, Lucky. I wasn't, get that stupid idea out of your mind. Please" Avy insisted.

"Whatever you say Avy. Whatever you say"

Meanwhile Trevor was sitting on the passenger seat.

"Who's that girl you're talking with?" Callie asked her son.

"Just..a friend" Trevor simply replied.

"Oh..is she the reason why you wanted to work at that diner?" She asked. Never in her life that she thought she would see her son talking with a girl or even being friends.

Trevor's eyes widened in surprise.

"What?! No!" He denied.

"Are you sure?" She asked.

"Yes, mom. I am sure. We're just friends. I wanted to work there because I don't want to spend my entire summer doing nothing" He answered.

"That's...good to hear. Also you having friends" Callie said and Trevor nodded.
He didn't want his mom to know half of the reason, or else he'll never hear the end of it. He couldn't wait for tomorrow to come.
