A Sense Of Hope

When Jules heard those words, she was scared out of her wits and slowly looked at the Nomu, who was hurting Mr. Aizawa. "No.... No...." Jules couldn't take it anymore and screamed, "I DON'T WANT TO BE A NOMU!!!!" That's when everyone froze and stared at Jules.

POV Midoriya (Deku)

Asui, Mineta, and I just came back from our first fight with villains and actually won. All three of us thought since we won already, we could help Mr. Aizawa with the crowd of villains, but we were wrong. When we arrived at the center of the USJ and was about to get out of the water, we saw a horrifying scene. Mr. Aizawa be pinned down by a weird bird-like monster and it had pulled his right arm backwards causing the bone to be out of place and all I could hear was Mr. Aizawa's streams of pain. 

But, for some weird reason the bird-like monster was only able to receive orders, as if he was a puppet, by a young main with light blue hair and he had hands on his arms, shoulders, neck and face. The villain with hands on his body watched and soon started to talk.

"You can erase other people's powers. That's irritating, but it's nothing impressive. And faced with true devastating power, you might as well be a quirkless child." said the villain with many hands in a chilling voice.

Mr. Aizawa looked over at the villain slowly in pain and tried to activate his quirk, but the monster put more pressure on his left arm, which means both of his arms are now broken. He laid his head down, but the monster grabbed Mr. Aizawa's head and forcing him to look up to then bash his head on the ground.

"No... No..." whispered Mineta while crying. "I can't watch this anymore. We should be getting out of here like super fast. Shouldn't we?"

"Ribbit." croaked Asui nervously.

All we could do was stare at the horrifying scene of how a real fight between a hero and a villain was like. When all of the sudden the purple, smokey man appeared right next to the villain with many hands, but he wasn't alone. The smokey villain had the girl I saw at the entrance of the USJ. She was warped around by the smoke from the smokey man crying.

"Why is she with that villain?!?!" I thought. But before I could finish my thoughts, the smokey man spoke.

"Tomura Shigaraki."

"Tomura Shigaraki? Is that the villain with many hands name?"

"Kurogiri, did you manage to kill 13?" asked Shigaraki to Kurogiri.

"KILL?!?!"

"The Rescue Hero is out of commission, but there were students I wasn't able to disperse and one of them got outside the facility. No thanks to this girl." Kurogiri looked at the girl.

"She helped someone escape?!?! Is that why she was captured by this villain?" I thought. "And I also promised her that she would be okay. That everything was going to be okay..." I snapped right back into reality after hearing the villain Shigaraki yell in anger.

"Kurogiri, you fool! If you weren't our warp gate, I'd tear apart every last atom in your body!" he paused. "There's no way we could win if dozens of Pros show up to stop us. It's game over, back to the title screen. And I was looking forward to finishing this today, damn it." The villain looked at the girl, who is crying and shaking in fear. "Let's go home."

When I heard those words, I started to think about the girl and what would happen to her. We needed someone to help her, but we have no experience with villains like these. How could we save her, were the only words I could think at that moment, but I was shocked to hear her scream some words.

"I DON'T WANT TO BE A NOMU!!!!!"

Third-person POV

Everyone was looking at Jules, especially Shigaraki.

"How do you know the name of that creature?" asked Shigaraki.

Jules was now more terrified, she couldn't stop shaking from fear.

"I SAID!!! HOW DO YOU KNOW THE NAME OF THAT CREATURE!?!"

"I... I..." Jules kept stumbling over her words and couldn't answer.

"Oh... Then how about this..." Shigaraki looks over to the three students in the water. "Will this make you talk?!?!" said the enraged Shigaraki hovering over Asui.

"No! Don't!!!" yelled Jules.

Shigaraki was about to touch Asui and activate his quirk, but was soon stopped by Aizawa's quirk. Shigaraki's quirk was now erased.

"You really are so cool." Shigaraki said softly. "EraserHead." He looked over at Aizawa, his eyes were now bloodshot red. But since he used his quirk the Nomu banged Aizawa's head onto the ground again.

"Mr....sniff....Aizawa" cried Jules. 

"How does this girl know my name?!?" questioned Aizawa. 

After seeing the sorry state of Aizawa, Jules heard a voice scream. "You!! Let her go, NOW!!" 

She jolted back towards the three students and Shigaraki. Izuku on instinct went to punch Shigaraki to save his fellow classmate. "NO! DON'T DO IT, DEKU!!!" warned Jules, but she couldn't stop Izuku from using his quirk and at impact wind came blowing out over everyone. People were being blown away, the water began to sway back and forth, glass from the lighting shattered from the impact, and all around where Izuku, Mineta, Asui, and Shigaraki stood was covered in smoke. After the clearing of the smoke, what stood in front of Izuku wasn't Shigaraki but the Nomu. 

"Stop it!!! Get away from it!!" screamed Jules, trying to get out of the hands of Kurogiri. But soon her mouth was covered by Kurogiri's smoke. "Mmhm!?!"

"Quiet." said Kurogiri.

"You're pretty powerful." Shigaraki said behind the Nomu. "This 'Smash' of yours, are you one of All Might's disciples? Doesn't matter, I'm done with you now."

As if on cue the Nomu went to grab Izuku's arm and raised his free hand in the arm ready to attack, while Shigaraki went to finish off Asui and Mineta. Asui went to grab Izuku and Mineta, so they could escape, but before anything happened the entrance to the USJ's doors were blasted open.

Everyone stopped and looked towards the entrance to see what was going on, but Jules already knew what was going on. She let out a sigh of relief and looked at the entrance, there was finally a sense of hope, a hope to be free of these villains. She was now able to see the man coming to save everybody, All Might, and just like she remembered he wasn't smiling when he arrived. "Have no fear, students. I AM HERE."

The one person that everybody was waiting for had finally come. The villain Shigaraki looked towards All Might and sighed, "Looks like our game is going to continue." As Shigaraki said those words Jules looked over to him and then to Kurogiri. "How can I get out of this mess?"

Hello! Sorry today was like a recap of what happened last chapter. I really thought that I should include Deku's point of view of when he saw Jules captured and I know not a lot was impacted by Jules yet but it will be! I'm having so much fun writing this and I hope you all enjoy reading it! Have a great day or night! See you in the next chapter!
