Technophobia- the doctor who audiobook conspiracy...
So I've listened to this audiobook over and over and over again and mulled over this.... (Spoilers ahead!)
so the doctor and donna travel to the future to a museum of technology where Jill meadows makes an Mpad, but it goes off the rails and makes everyone go crazy and of course, it's a monster called the cognoscenti...here's where my theory starts, Rebecca young, or Bex with an x as the doctor calls her, there are a few times where she has comments, like when they have coffee and the spout stops working, then the elevator goes haywire... she comments "Just like brian and the others?" okay, it was only brian that had a meltdown with the technology, and Luca's but nobody else....strange huh? also when Brian is found dead in the elevator, she seems strange "oh brian, let me check" (the doctor) and she comments back "I've already checked" and then Luca's gets more frightened...to be honest, I think she's working with the cognoscenti and just hiding it.she only seems afraid when others are about, like when jill screamed when the vacuum started, she (Bex) Had no signs of losing her thoughts, she seemed perfectly normal, and when they got to the train station and the cognoscenti arrived she didn't seem scared at all...or she did...am I reading into this too much?
