Chapter 26

Hope's Pov:

I was sitting on school hallway. I was tired, after i came home last night i didn't get any sleep all i can think about is that girl and Josie. I don't get it, she gave me a second chance and then she is fucking someone else.

''You look terrible'' Ava said as she sat next to me.

''More like tired'' i looked up and Landon was there.

''I am'' i answered to him.

''Girl you know the rule don't come to school if you are tired'' Ava told as she grabbed some makeup from her bag.

''I didn't want to stay at home'' she turned my face and started to fix my face.

''What's wrong then'' Landon asked as he sat other side.

''Nothing'' i mumbled.

''Honey tell us'' Ava said.

''I thought that this one person wanted to try again but then i saw shirtless girl in her room'' i told them.

''Okay girl time to tell the name i will kill them'' she put the makeup back to her bag.

''No you don't because i will forget the whole person'' i smiled.

''We will find you a nice boy'' she winked at me.

''I will let you try'' i chuckled.

We got up and started walking to our class. Ava and Landon went to their class and i started walk to my class. I already saw the door when Josie and the girl walked towards me. We all stopped and stared each other. There was awkward silent.

''See you later'' the girl said to Josie and i watched how she walked away then back to Josie.

''Replaced me already'' i asked.

''It's not what you think Hope'' she crossed her arms over her chest.

''Shirtless girl in your room, one plus one'' i said.

''You don't know the whole story'' she walked closer to me, i took few steps back.

''I don't get it Josie, you gave me a second chance and then you do this'' i could feel how my eyes stars watering.

''Me and Jade are not a th-'' I turned around and walked away before she could finish her sentence.

I walked the longest route to my class. I opened the door and sat down on my seat and ignoring my teacher as she asked why i came late. I stared at my desk trying not to cry and forget the whole situation, last thing i wanted is to cry during the class.

I turned my face to my right and saw boy who i haven't seen before sitting there. I stared at him until he turned to look at me.

''Hi'' he said softly.

My back hit the wall as my legs were wrapped around the boy waist and his lips on my lips. The kiss turned more passionate. He started kissing on my neck. I moaned as he found the spot. My hands around his neck. I closed my eyes and tried to enjoy, but then Josie came to my mind, our first kiss.

''Stop'' i pushed the boy away.

''What'' he asked.

''I have to go'' i said as i walked to the door.

''I still don't know your name'' he yelled as i opened the door.

''And you don't have to'' i said and walked away.

I started regret that, why did i do that. Fuck...

Josie's POV:

I walked to my car. I got in and sat down. She will hate me forever, she didn't even let me explain to her. I turned the engine on and drove back home.

''Hii'' Liz yelled as i opened the front door.

''Hi'' i said back.

''What is it'' she asked worried.

''Nothing just a bad day'' i gave her small smile.

''I know what will cheer you up'' she took my hand and dragged me into kitchen.

''You can help me bake a cake'' she said.

''Why'' i asked.

''You really forgot?'' she asked.

I looked confused at her.

''It's mom and dad anniversary'' She said.

''Shit i forgot'' i remembered.

''Then let's bake''

We started baking the cake. How i don't remember my parents anniversary i have remembered before.. I don't know. We started talking about things like about her and Sebastian how their relationship is perfect and how she didn't miss Mg anymore. I kinda got annoyed about it.

 It took us 5 hours to make the cake and finally it was ready before they come back to home from work.

''It's perfect for perfect couple'' Liz said proudly.

I went upstairs to change my clothes, Liz got little bit too excited and threw flour on me. I walked back to the stairs when the front door opened.

''Happy anniversary'' I said as i ran downstairs and hugged them.

''Happy anniversary'' Liz came from the kitchen and hugged them too.

''You guys remember'' Liz looked at me.

''Yes of course'' She said.

''We have a surprise for you guys'' they followed us into kitchen.

''Did you buy it'' dad asked as he stared at the cake.

''No we baked it'' i said.

''It looks amazing girls'' mom said as she hugged both of us then sat down on the kitchen island.

We started eating the cake and not gonna lie it was so good. We sat there and listened their stories like how one time my dad thought that my grandma was my mom and he slapped her ass. We all laughed at that. 

As they told their love stories i got up and grabbed my jacket and keys.

''Where are you going'' mom asked.

''I have to do something quick'' i said as i walked out.

I went in my car and drove to Hope's house. I parked at the street and looked if there was cars outside. I only saw Hope's car. I opened the gate and luckily alarm didn't go on. I walked to the door, i first hesitated but then knocked on it.

I waited for a while until the door opened.

''What are you doing here'' Hope asked.

''Can you let me inside first it's freezing out here'' she moved away and i walked inside.

''Me and Jade are not a thing. She was at my place last night yes and why she wasn't wearing a shirt because she spilled coffee on her. She is my friend. Okay yes we have kissed few times but it was when you were away for two months but even then i didn't like her like that way, i liked you..'' i confessed.

There was a silent.

''I kissed someone'' she told.

''Who'' i asked.

''I don't know his name he was there and i was angry, so i guess my second chance is over'' she said.

I looked at her in the eyes, i didn't say anything i was kinda shocked.

''You ca-'' i cut her off as i kissed her on her soft lips.

''No it's not'' i said as i broke the kiss.

Hope smiled and pulled me back to kiss, it was passionate, strong and needed. I wrapped my hands on Hope's neck as she slide her hands down on my waist. I rolled my tongue over Hope's lips parting them slightly before thrusting my tongue inside her mouth.

She slide her hands on my ass and pulled me up, and i wrapped my legs around her waist without breaking the kiss she walked upstairs to her room.

I needed this, we both did.
