Chapter 2:The Prophecy

Misty's POV
It's been 1 moon sense I last saw my kits after they were born.
I couldn't stop thinking about the kits, my kits, gone only me seeing them at the gatherings. Huh, I miss you Jayfeather I really do. Reedwhisker doesn't mind what I did. He's happy, he always knew we liked each other. And that's good. "Let all cats old enough to swim gather here!" All the cats gathered, but the kits queens and elders stayed in their dens. "The cats going to the gathering are... Me, Reedwhisker, Mothwing, Willowshine, Mintfur,Minnowtail, Mallownose, Grasspelt,Petalfur, Icewing, Duskfur. We leave at Moonrise. Rest up and eat.
Meeting dismissed!" I went to the fresh-kill pile and ate 3 little minnows. I went into my den and fell asleep. "Mistystar, Mistystar. Wake up, it's almost Moonrise. We need to go to make it there on time." "Ok, while I stretch and get up, can you gather the cats going to the the gathering?" "Yes, I will." "Thank you, I knew I chose a good deputy." He left as I stretched and got up and when I got to the little river and led the cats to the island. "Jayfeather, Jayfeather! Over here!" I called to him, and he came over."Hello Mistystar, how are you?" Horrible! "I'm Good. Thank you." I looked to see if anyone was looking, and I asked him a hard yet simple question. "How are the kits?" "Oh, they are just perfect, look, here. Hey Foxleap, come here." I saw the reddish Tom coming over. "What's up?" He looks at me and I smile and ask, "How are your kits?" He looks so excited."Oh, they're the best, the cutest thing in the world! So, Leafkit is the biggest, she loves to tussle with her sisters, but Silverkit, She loves herbs she can already list 10 herbs and what their used for, she just learned then today! Now Mistkit is totally different, she loves to play. Like last Sunrise, the patrol said they spotted a dead mommy Fox, and they said she smelled like milk and they smelled more foxes and said there must be kits nearby. So Mistkit led them out of the camp. And then..."(Ok so I skipped the rest of the words because it's exactly what happened in The Sight, with the 3 kits and the foxes.) "Whoah, wow, at they hurt well Silverkit's in the medicine cat den, turns out, she is blind in her left blue eye, why are the kits silver and blue?Leafkit's fur makes sense though, maybe the grey/blue pelts from Hazeltail and Smoky."
We talked for a few moments before I hopped up onto The tree and said, "Let all The clans gather here beneath StarClan!" As I called, all the cats gathered.

Bramblestar's POV
"Bramblestar, would you like to speak first?" Mistystar asked. I nodded and stood up on all fours. "Thunderclan is growing in strength and in heart. Last moon on the night if the gathering, Hazeltail and Foxleap had 3 beautiful kits, Leafkit, Silverkit, and Mistkit!" The clans called their names. I raised my tail for silence once the cheering was over. "Prey is running this New-leaf, but we will mourn with Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Squirrelflight tonight. As they faced a terrible tragedy. Leafpool, is with StarClan now. She died a warriors death. Risked her l-life t-to S-save her family. She jumped into a gourge and drowned to lead a pack off dogs over the edge." "NNooooo! Leafpool noo! I will mourn with Thunderclan tonight. Leafpool will be rememred for generations to come! We will honer her with admiration and look up at her courage. I never even got to tell her how sorry I was." To everyone's surprise,that was Nightcloud. "Wait, Bramblestar! She told me, Lionblaze and Squirrelflight something. Crowfrost, step forward." She did what Jayfeather told her to,"Do you know why she went to Thunderclan instead of staying with her 'Mother' in Riverclan? Who does she look like? Most of you would say, she looks like you, or Leafpool, or Crowfeather, you know why, she's my sister!" Everyone gasped at this. "Yes, it's true!" That's what Crowfrost said. Wow, it's like Hollyleaf all over again, but StarClan sent No clouds over the moon, so we're fine. "Well, um, Rowanstar would you like to go next?" "Thank you Bramblestar, you remind me so much of your mother. Nice, kind, and gentle but fierce. You are a wonderful leader.

Time skip 2 moons.
Silverkit's POV
I woke up and yawned. Then I fell back to sleep. I opened my eyes to find myself swirling into a darkness of bright stars. "Hello Silverkit." I heard a sweet silky vioce and turned my head to the direction of the voice. "Who are you?" "Who am I?" She chuckled." You know of Firestar right?" I nodded."Have you heard of a cat named Spottedleaf?" Oh thats who She is. "Yes, I know. That's who you are. But, you're a StarClan medicine cat, and I'm a kit. Why are you here?" I asked very seriously. "To tell you this my dear kit: The Three shall rise again, and with the help of Four more, to save the clans from destruction." What? I kept repeating that in my head until I finally asked her a question. "What does this mean? Am I one of the 4? Is this my Destiny?" She purred. "Silverkit, so many questions. Just like your father." She was chuckling now. "What does that mean? I am like Foxleap? Answer my questions from before this conversation!" I expected her to laugh or purr, but she did something else... Unexpected. "I can't tell you what the prophecy means. Yes you are 1 of the 4, you have a special power, like the other 6. And yes and no, this is a little bit if your Destiny. But you can't be a warrior dear Silverkit, but a medicine cat. No you are not like Foxleap, he is not your father." I gasped and sat up, looked into her eyes and let my tears come out. "No, no your lying! Foxleap is my father! Not some stupid, useless, good for nothing clan cat!" She sighed and she told me this:"Your father is the smartest clan cat there ever was, he is very useful, and a good for something cat! Without him, there wouldn't be any clans!" She was yelling as loud as she could." He is a young,smart handsome Tom, who loved you enough to give you three to some of his closest friends! He is a great parent!" Now she was calm. "He was not this shocked when he learned him and his brother and sisters weren't the kits of Bramblestar and Squirrelflight. He looks like you, and has the same unusual eyes, he also is a grey/ blue tabby. And he's 1 of the 3(In the second picture at The top).He is closer then think. Use those clues, and ask all the cats who are the cats in Thunderclan that look like you and your sisters. Talk to Jayfeather about the prophecy, he got it to." Who told him?" Hey Spottedleaf, wait. Who told Jayfeather?" "Ashfoot did." "Why?" I needed to know as much as I could. "She is his grandmother(cat)." "Oh, does he know who my father is?" "I can not tell you any more. Good bye Silverkit! We will meet again soon!" She slowly faded, and I was surrounded by darkness. "Silverkit, wake up! Jayfeather is here to speak to us." "Ok, ok, I'm getting up." Ugh! Leafkit can be really annoying! I got up, stretched and Sat up, yawned. Looked at the other kits. And turned to Jayfeather. "Oh good morning Jayfeather." Mommy! "Hazeltail, good morning to you to. And...oh, hello Silverkit. How are you today?" He asked and for the first time sense he was a kit, he smiled."Good." Then he walked out of the nursery, to the fresh-kill pile. "Jayfeather, that's the first time you smiled sense you were a kit!" That's what his sister said. Others were shocked and happy also. Then I saw as he was coming back, he had 5 squirrels in his mouth. "Here Honeyleaf a squirrel for you and 1 for your kits to share. Dovewing and kits, here is 2 for you. And last but not least Hazeltail,for You, 2 squirrels." I then realised he brought nothing for himself, and there was no more fresh-kill left. "Come kits lets eat." My sisters and mom shared 1 while I ate my own. "Jayfeather. Would you um, like to eat this with me?" I asked in a small whisper. "Of course, I would love to." So me and him ate The whole squirrel." Ok. So do any of you kits want to be a medicine cat apprentice?" "I do!" I squeaked in a confident and determined voice."I thought you might Silverkit." I could feel tension among two cats, it was Hazeltail and Jayfeather."Do you guys feel any tension?" I asked them and they all shook their little heads. That must be my power, to read people's thoughts, feelings and emotions!

Jay's POV
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath Highledge!" " Come on,Bramblestar is making Dovewing's kits apprentices." I yowled as I ran out of the nursery to the clearing. "I say these words before StarClan. I give you these kits in turn as apprentices. Rainkit,Spottedkit,Greykit, And Birchkit, step forward. Do you 4 promise to uphold the warrior code even at the cost of your life?" "I do." The tiny voices said in unison. Then by the power of StarClan I say these words. Rainkit from now on until you get your warrior name you will be called Rainpaw. Your mentor will be Squirrelflight. She received excellent training from Dustpelt, I know you will pass that all down to Rainpaw. Birchkit, you will be known as Birchpaw. Your mentor will be Birchfall. I know you will pass on all you know to your apprentice. Greykit, please step up here with me. Your mentor will be Berrynose. Berrynose you've gotta great training from me. Pass on all that you have learned to Greypaw. Spottedkit, you will be called Spottedpaw. Your mentor Will be Lilyheart. You have learned from Squirrelflight. Pass all your training to Spottedpaw. I also have something to say, Ivypool is now a queen!" The whole entire clan was whooping and cheering. I went to my den and slept until; "Jayfeather I need to talk to you." The voice of Silverkit came. And she told me about her prophecy and I told her I had that same dream, and she even told me her power, the same as mine, but she's not blind like me.
