Hi I'm April May June. I know it sounds weird but I like it. I don't know my last name as I am an orphan. I ran away from the orphanage a few months ago. I couldn't stay there any longer. They didn't treat me well. I'm 7 today, I was born on the 28th of February in 2009.
For my birthday, I wanted to go to Fifth Harmony's concert. I heard that they are performing today so I had to get tickets somehow.
How did I get the tickets, you ask?
I just asked my best friend from school's rich parents they could get me the tickets. They were skeptical at first but I managed to convince them that my parents couldn't afford it and really wanted to get them for me and are working extra hours to get them. So I asked if they could get me the tickets and spare my parents from working too much so I can still spend time with them. So they agreed and got me a ticket.
I am here really early like a day before so I'm thinking of sleeping here. "Hey you!" Crap.
Have I told you that the cops are after me? Well they think I killed my parents. I didn't! It was my uncle and he is a really good liar.
I started running as fast as I can. Around corners. Jumping over short fences. When I got close to the place of the concert, I quickly turned another corner and jumped in the bush. As I hide I heard footsteps running in the direction I would have run to.
I waited a few seconds before poking my head out to see if it was clear.
Phew. He's gone
I climbed out of the bush and brush the leaves and sticks off of my clothes before heading to the building of the concert. Once I arrive at the door I put my fist up and knock three times.
A crew member from the concert opened the door from the other side, "hello there little girl, why are you here all alone? You are way to early for the Fifth Harmony concert"
I nodded, "could I possibly come early so I can avoid the long queues, please? I'm scared of crowds.." I said pouting. I can see him thinking long and hard about it until he finally sighed and let me inside.
The man lead me to a room and unlocked it. It was empty but has a lot of clothes in an open closet. I wonder how many people stay here, as have my own stuff on my small bag and it's enough for me.
I give the man a big hug and thanked him. I looked around the room and saw a small bed in the corner.
Should I take a nap before the show?
I guess he noticed I was looking at the bed for a while because he moved past me and made his way over to the bed. He pulled the covers up and opened the bed up as to make it easier for someone to get in.
"This bed isn't normally used, but you seem tired so you can take a nap before the concert if you need it" he told me while fluffing up the pillow. I nodded and let out a big yawn. He gave me a smile and helped me hang my bag up on the inside of the door on the hook. I thanked him again before he left, closing the door behind him.
I smiled staring at the door as he closed it behind him before taking one more look around the room, taking in the space.
I first look into the closet. The closet is full with clothes. Like there is no space left for more. I have never seen so many clothes in my entire life.
Is this that guy's room? He wouldn't live here, right? This is only his job, so he must just live nearby.
I pulled on one of the clotting the side so it moves over giving enough space to see the one behind it.
