Hermione looked at Blaise and Pansy in turn. Seeing that they were not saying anything anymore, she turned her head to look at the boy she was strapped against.

He nodded under her horrified look.

She immediately started crying. It was a nightmare.

Draco held her against him and began to rock her as he was now accustomed to. Leaving them alone, their two friends left, they were too many for now. The Gryffindor wept long in the arms of the Slytherin. She cried until she didn't have the strength.

Draco was trying to reassure her, to tell her everything would be fine. That he and their two friends would be there for her, whatever she decides to do. Once again exhausted, she fell asleep against him.

The young man stroked his hair. Yes, he would always be there for her, nothing would stop him.

When she woke up the next day the red and gold noticed that Draco had not left her. He had spent the night with her.

She didn't know what to do.

When she wasn't sleeping in the night, she thought about all the possible solutions. The baby in her womb, her baby, what was she going to decide for him? She was lost.

Would she be able to raise and love this child like any other? When he came from abuse? Probably. The being who began to grow in her had asked nothing and done nothing. But it was too early, much too early. She was only 18, could she raise him like any other mom could? Would she even be able to look him in the face when he would surely look like the one who terrorized her?

Hermione was thinking fast. According to Draco, there was not much time left before the four-month deadline. She was lost. Was she ready? Could she even bear it? Could she be a good mother? Could she decide to have an abortion?

The answer came naturally to her. Very shortly after the beginning of his reflections. No, she couldn't decide to have an abortion. She may not have been ready yet, at all levels and especially at the psychological level, after all the biological father of this child had abused her many times, but she already loved the little being who shared her body.

Although her decision had already been taken, she needed the advice of the sleeping Slytherin. Maybe he had nothing to do with that baby, but she wanted his opinion. She needed it for herself. Without thinking any longer, she shook the boy with her meager strength.

-Draco! Wake up!

This one growled, he really didn't like violent awakenings. He was about to take a fit of anger when his gaze fell on the young woman, in a split second his anger part. He closed his eyes and tried to go back to sleep. She kept letting him go back to sleep. But this time she didn't want to let him. She shook him again.

-Draco! Draco I'll keep it!

Immediately he opened his eyes wondering if she was serious. He had no doubts when he crossed the decided gaze of the lioness. She seemed to be waiting for an answer or a reaction from him, so he nodded.

-Okay, if that's what you want...

She started crying again, throwing herself into his arms. He put his hand through her mane wondering if it would be okay for her.

He had no say in that decision, he knew it, who was he to decide? He had targeted her for years... Her concern was directed towards the mental state of the young woman. Would she hold on? In any case he would be there for her.

He kissed her on the forehead, she lifted her head up to him, her eyes still teary. Despite the state in which she was physically, mentally, he found her beautiful. She was sublime and the courage that emanated from her made her look even more beautiful.
