Ugh... Having a bad case of writer's block. I think i'll make this chapter more of a filler. Sorry guys.

[Lauren's Point of View]
Judging from the look on his face when I'd said he was a fag, I'm pretty sure no girl has ever gone that far before. Oh, well. I'll let him know from the beginning that I'm not interested in guys like him.
Dani and Sarah are looking at me, their bright blue eyes so identical that they could be twins. Except for the fact that Sarah is a redhead and Dani is strawberry blond.
"Wow, Lauren," Sarah says, completely dumbfounded. "I have never heard of a girl turning him down and then saying that."
I shrug. "In America, it is literally survival of the fittest. So I've learned to tell people what I think about them so they back off."
Dani cheers. "I like you, girl. I think I'm making you my bestie."
I beam. "Wow. I thought making friends was gonna be hard."
They grin at me. "Nope. Not at this school."
The teacher walks in. I read the name on her tag.
Mrs. Swift.
And she looked mean. Her brown hair fell in natural loose waves down her back. Her blue eyes sparked dangerously.
"And lookie here, we have a new student," she says grumpily. "Would you introduce yourself, Miss Snide?"
"Yeah, Mrs. Swif," I say. I stand and go to the front of the class. "Hello. My name is Lauren Snyder. I come from America, but I'm pretty sure y'all guessed that. Now, let me tell you, that I'm not going to take any funny business. So if any of you guys try to grab my arse, well. You've got something coming. Are we clear?" They nod. "Good. If you mess with me or my friends, you have something coming, got it? Good. It's nice meeting you all on good terms, but if you get on my bad side... Oh, I can be a pretty mean bitch if I wanna be."
I bow and smile sweetly at everyone's surprised faces. Then Dani and Sarah whoop and cheer at me.
Ms. Bitch tells them to shut up, and they do, but their eyes shine as I sit with them.
"I think school just got a lot more fun," Dani says, grinning. I grin back.
"We can be partners in crime!" Sarah whispers. "We'd be unstoppable, with Lauren on our side!"
We grin at each other like idiots. Then Mss Bitch calls our attention to the front of the class.
"Well, class," she says snidely. "Just because we have a new student doesn't mean that we won't be learning. Now, please do the drill while I check homework."
She comes around and we all do the drill. Suddenly, she slams her books down on my desk.
"So, Lauren," she says loudly. "Just because you're new here doesn't mean you get any special treatment from me. I expect you to follow all of my directions. I expect all work to be turned in on time, and I will not accept it after class.
"My first rule is to never talk during the lesson. Never pass notes. Don't talk to anyone unless I tell you that you can work together. Do not cause unwanted and unneeded trouble in class. Do not call out an answer. Be respectful when another student is speaking. Do not eat in this class. Do not cause disruptions. Are we clear?"
I look up at her. "Yes, Ms. Swift."
"Good girl," she says, getting up. As she's walking away, I hear her mutter under her breath, "Kiss-ass."
