"I don't want to see you getting close with that person!"
Chris was taken aback when he heard those words from Joules.He can hear his heart thumping coz he saw jealousy on his eyes.
His face also started heating up as he saw Joules' handsome face upclose.
"Uhhm." Chris can't think clearly in this kind of situation,he was so overwhelmed with the handsomeness of this male lead.
"Did you hear what I just said?"
Joules repeated as he leaned more closer to him but Chris managed to avoid him by tilting his head a bit.
"Okay I get it,I won't"
Chris answered in an akward tone and Joules finally noticed how close they were.
Joules blushed as he realized the situation he created for the two of them and he can also hear the some people whispering about how close their relationship was.
The two of them danced well and managed to get out of that awkward situation.
After dancing with each other ,they are obliged to dance with other nobles too.
This time Chris was looking for his sister Ayesha.
Ayesha was quiet talkative with her friends but when the girls noticed that he was walking towards their direction ,the atmosphere somewhat changed.
The girls give him a piercing look or was it just his imagination?
"Hello my beloved dear sister Yesha,can I dance with you? "
"Can you please stop embarrassing me in front of my friends? "
Ayesha blushed as she blurted out mean words to him but in the end his sister agreed to dance with him.
Chris smiled while dancing with Ayesha.
"Aren't you glad to dance with someone as handsome as your brother? many noble ladies wants to dance with me you know"
"As if they wanted to dance with you,the noble ladies hated you "
"Pfft ,haha" Chris pulled his little sister closer to him and hugged her tightly.
"I'm okay with the noble ladies hating me,But I'll be happy if my little sister can show me some love"
Ayesha felt awkward and is trying to get away from him.
"Your the one I love the most in this world you know?"
Ayesha felt sadness in his brother's tone and stopped struggling as she hugged him back.
"I love you too brother " she whispered .
"What did you say? "
Chris asked for he was certain that his sister said something in a soft voice.
"I said ,don't be such an idiot brother"
Both of them laughed and enjoyed their dance as siblings for the first time.

Days passed, Chris attended other banquets too and just as he expected ,he had a lot of enemies. He realized his reputation is really bad.
And despite that,his title is the dumb wife of the Prince.
Chris cannot accept reality. He felt like he was tarnishing his father's reputation by learning all of these things about Klein.
"Klein oh Klein ,why are you like this"
He repeatedly said sighing as he buried himself in books while studying in his private library.
"History and Politics,Arrgh... I will prove it to all of you ,you'll see"
