It all happened when they were in Barney's home for a movie night. They were telling short stories to each other saying embarrassing stuff and things that sounds illegal.

Spot went for a bathroom break to either rethink his life decisions or possibly just jacking off
While Spot was gone Barney took out the alcohol he was keeping in the kitchen i mean where else do you even keep it?
Arlo was already hyped when he saw a glimpse of the bottle "ooohh don't tell me" he told barnet while doing a debby ryan smirk "tch just giving it to u would be boring ya gotta fight for it"
That's when Arlo already got the idea. "Sure whatever you'll make me do, don't make me regret it"
Barney sat on the couch and held out his fist, Arlo doing the same.

"ROCK PAPER SCISSORRSS" AAAAANNDDDD ARLO LOSES
"I DARE YOU TO GET THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING IN YOUR CART" Barney immediately stood up and shouted these while Arlo looked at him with a horrified look.
"Ihysm.." Arlo muttered under his breath while pulling out his device and barney leaning towards him looking at his phone "lemme see lemme see"
