Okay, so, you know how Dean is considered "the child of God"and he is Michael's vessel? You know how Sam is known as "the boy with the demon blood"and is Lucifer's vessel? And you know how freckles are considered kisses from angels? Well, Dean has a lot of freckles and Sam does not. This is because angels knew Dean with respect (even though most kisses were probably from Cas) and Sam does not because of him being Lucifer's vessel and the angels not respecting him as much. The only freckles he does have are probably from Gabriel, and that didn't last very long either!
