It's Sunday evening, everything is quiet. I gave Prince permission to keep the kids until Monday. I would pick them up after school. Janet on the other hand is still here. I suggested a hotel room but she quickly turned my offer down in a exchange for dinner. She bought us food & told me more about herself. She was in prison most of her life. She did something very tragic that caused her to do a long time. She told me the things she had to do in order to survive prison. She mentioned her other brothers & sisters, they don't get along these days. But if something happens to one of them, they're one phone call away. Their father recently died from a heart attack. That was a second reason why she came here. She wanted to tell Michael the bad news despite the bad blood they had before he died. Right now, she's sitting in my living room looking through the box of guns i found in the basement.

"You said you found these in the basement?" Janet questioned.

"Yes! In a corner."

"Michael wasn't a huge fan of guns but i guess that change over the years. He even protested to have guns banned in the U.S. Of course, it didn't work."

"What if the kids saw that? What if they got a hold of it?" Dozens of bad scenarios went over my head like a cloud. Seeing my kids with those guns carrying them around like thugs. What if they accidentally shoot themselves? I don't want to see my kids in jail or in the grave.

"I'm glad they didn't. These guns are extremely dangerous. I think these are military guns" She picked one up & held it in her hands. She was examining it like a test object, very carefully.

"Where did he find the time to get these guns? How did he sneak these in here?"

"Michael has his ways, i remember he snuck in a bag of cocaine right underneath our parent's noses. He kept it hidden in the floorboards in his closet. Mother found a ounce of it in her makeup drawer & kicked him out."

"I'm so glad we have tiles on the floor." And thankfully my kids aren't sneaky.

"This isn't an average everyday gun" She stated.

"What do you mean?"

"These guns are made for hitman, assassins. These cost a lot of money individual. He must've saved up a lot of money."

"He doesn't make that much as a trainer at the gym" I gasped. A thought came to my head. It could be the only explanation.

"What if these guns are for his second job? What if he's an assassin?"

Janet stared at the wall long & hard. She's in a deep thought like i am. It can't be true, he can't be an assassin. Michael will never kill innocent people. No matter how much money somebody pays him. This is absolutely absurd!

"Ariana?" Janet finally spoke after a hot minute "You need to get away from here."

"Why?"

"You & the kids are in danger. Ya'll need to get somewhere safe" She stood up & picked up the house phone. She dialed a number & put the phone to her ear. I couldn't hear what she was saying but i have a strong feeling that its not good.

"What do you mean me & the kids are in danger? What's going to happen to us?"

"You have a bounty over your head."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I have a confession, i kept tabs on you after your coma. I hired people to keep a eye on you & the kids. I also kept tabs on Michael as well. I was surprised to see him still in school after all the hell he went through" She confessed.

"Wait! You knew me before my coma? You were stalking me?"

"Not stalking! Just watching over you."

I sighed "What do you mean i have a bounty over my head?"

"Somebody put a hit out on you & your kids. I don't know about Michael although i highly doubt it. He has a lot enemies."

"How do you know i have a bounty over my head?"

"I know some people at the police station. After i was release from prison, i became close with my probation officer. She helped me get in contact with some people if i ever get in trouble or needed them."

"Where are we going?"

"To a friend's place, he can keep you safe."

We turned a sharp corner into a familiar street. "Wait a minute? You know Prince?"

She smirked "We have history together."

After parking the car, we went up to the front door. There was no need to knock because the door flew opened like a book. We were dragged inside by a powerful yank.

"Ariana? What are you doing here?" Prince asked confusingly. Then he saw Janet, his expression quickly.

"Janet" He said.

"Prince" She whispered.

"You two know each other?"

"We use to date" Janet said.

"Actually, we were married. Michael didn't approve of it so we got a divorced" He told.

"Oh! I didn't know that." I'm going have to ask Prince about that later.

"Why are you guys here?" Prince asked again.

"Somebody is trying to kill me & the kids. There's possibly a hit out on Michael too."

"A hit? That's impossible!" He exclaimed.

"I just checked with my people, its confirmed. Somebody is trying to kill them" Janet confirmed.

"Have you heard from Michael? Any word on him?"

"No, nothing. I have no idea where he is" He said disappointed.

I can't believe this is happening right now. There's a hit out on me & my family. I'm extremely worried about Michael. I'm not even mad about the Zomnique situation anymore. I just want him here with me, safe & sound. I love him. I take back every word I said to him last night. I didn't mean it, I swear. I was just angry & frustrated. Oh Michael, please come home.
