Chapter 6

Aurelia's POV

" Hey losers " I said as I walked in my house .

" Hey bitch " someone said back.

I looked in the direction of the voice and saw Gonzalo .

" Did you eat? " he asked .

" Yes " I said annoyed .

" Ok you better not be lying to me " he said back .

" I'm not " I said sighing .

" Me and the girls found a place " I said .

" Have you talked to dad about it ? " he asked .

" No , ya lo conoces como es " i told him. ( No , you already know how he is ) .

" Yea , Just do what's best for you . ok ? " he said .

I just nodded and said Goodnight , he came to me and kissed my forehead as he hugged me.

" goodnight " he said back .

I walked up the stairs and into my room , I walked into my bathroom and started stripping . I turned on the shower and made sure it was hot .

My water has to be a good burning or I can't shower , it relaxes my muscles .

After showering I got dressed into a large t-shirt and laid in bed . I watched the moon through my window just seeing how beautiful it looked tonight . Next thing you know my eyes were shutting .

My eyes snapped open as I heard yelling coming from downstairs , I looked at the clock and saw it was 5 in the morning .

" Ugh stupid motherfuckers " I groaned as I covered my head.

" WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO , THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT AGAIN . HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE SURE THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE ON THE INSIDE " I heard from downstairs .

" NO— BUT HOW— WHAT " was all I kept hearing .

I groaned as I got out of bed and walked out the door and walked quietly down the stairs till I was close enough to hear and not be seen .

" No she's upstairs sleeping " said Alejandro .

" WHAT ? " he whispered yelled this time .

" Give me the phone " I heard Gonzalo say .

" WHAT DO YOU — " I heard him whisper yell .

" WHAT HOW? " he said louder this time .

" She has to know " I heard Gonzalo say .

" WHAT?? , THIS INVOLVES HER SHE DESERVES TO KNOW " he whispered yelled again .

" No , I will not keep quiet " I heard him say .

" I don't care she deserves to know " he said .

" Bye dad " I heard him say .

" Why is he like this " I heard Gonzalo ask

" Who knows " said Alejandro with a sigh .

" What is it that I need to know " I said stepping out of the shadows .

" Jesus Christ " Said Alejandro .

" Nope not him , take another guess though " i said as I sat on the couch .

" Aurelia — He is free " said Gonzalo .

" What...How?? " I asked .

" We don't know , that's what dad is trying to figure out " said Alejandro .

" And does anyone know where he is now ? " I asked .

" No , last time he was seen was near the boarder " said Gonzalo .

Maybe he's leaving the country ...

" Ok , I'm going back to sleep . Thank you for telling me this because dad would have never . " I said .

I walked up the stairs and back to my room , I laid in my bed covered my whole body up with the blanket as I starred at the stars that were slowly starting to disappear .

Why would he be set free ...

I could feel myself start to panic, the only thing keeping me calm was the fact that he was seen at the boarder .

And with that in my head I fell asleep .
