7. What's wrong?

"It's 9:30 AM already?"I mumbled as I sat up.

I can't believe it's 9:30 AM, but Scorpius hasn't woken up yet. He usually wakes up at seven in the morning and will always come to me in the bedroom with a face full of tears.

But strangely enough, Scorpius didn't come to my bedroom this morning.

"Or he will be sick?"I said to myself before getting out of bed and walking toward the dressing table.

I formed my hair into a quick bun before walking out of the bedroom to Scorpius's bedroom.

"Honey.... "

When I got to Scorpius' bedroom, I was surprised, as it turned out that Scorpius wasn't even in his bedroom.

I sighed and closed the door before walking downstairs.

"Honey, where are--"

When I got downstairs and looked towards the kitchen, the sight I saw in front of me surprised me.

The shirtless Draco stood staring out the window, his broad back was strong and clearly muscular as he moved, his blonde hair was slightly messed up and gleaming as the sunlight shone through the window and hit his hair, and on his broad shoulders has small Scorpius's head snuggled...Scorpius slept peacefully.

I smiled to myself, staring at him.

Draco was humming softly and swaying slightly to lull Scorpius to sleep.

I walked towards him quietly.

"Good mor--"

"Shhh" Draco quickly covered my mouth with his hand.

"I don't want him to wake up again, "Draco whispered and slowly took his hand out of my mouth.

"If Scorpius fell asleep, he wouldn't wake up easily, believe me, "I said and moved closer to Draco.

"No, I won't wake him up again. It was very difficult for me to put him to sleep."Draco whispered, patting Scorpius's back.

I nodded and smiled at him.

"I woke up this morning and I heard him cry, so I went upstairs and saw him walking to your room, I don't want him to wake you up because you're going to have a good rest, so I rushed him downstairs, "Draco explained in the softest voice that I could barely hear.

"You take care of Scorpius for me so that I can rest, "I said.

Draco nodded, swaying slightly and humming to lull Scorpius.

"That's so sweet of you."I smiled at him.

"Do you have to take care of Scorpius like this every day?"Draco asked softly.

"Yes, I have to take care of him like this every single day."I smiled at him.

"You must be very tired...I'm sorry for letting you live the hard life alone for three years."Draco said softly.

"It's okay, if we do something for our loved ones, we won't feel tired...I love Scorpius so much, so I'm not tired of taking care of him."I smiled at him.

"He is lucky to be loved by you...I want to be as lucky as him."Draco said whispered.

I want to tell him that he is luckier than Scorpius because he was loved by me three years before Scorpius.

"But I can tell you that Scorpius is a big eater, "Draco whispered, stroking Scorpius's hair.

"Yes, "I chuckled.

"He was such a lovely boy, "Draco whispered.
