  ~Second person POV~

You woke up early in the morning and went off to go pick some berries. Before you went, you stopped to the Moonmin house to come see if Moonminmama needs some berries. She was a little confused, but of course she politely declined. She also announced that they were going to make a party in honor of you coming to live in MoonminValley. You tried to decline but of course she insisted anyway — after all,
she is Moonminmama.

It was α heated day, but everything still felt the same. The birds were chirping and the river still ran, nothing different. You were running along the path in a great hurry, not noticing Little My chasing after you.

"Hey, where are you going?" She cried. You immediately stopped running in your tracks and turned to Little My, who was soon caught up to you.

"I'm sorry — what did you say? I didn't quite get that"
"Where are you going? She repeated.
"Oh," You sent a small frown, you picked up your basket, "I'm going berry picking." Little My snorted.

"I might be trying to catch grasshoppers, but berry picking?" She asked. You raised a brow, "Yes, is there something wrong with that?" Little My looked away, "Oh no, not at all!"
You felt relieved until Little My added, "It's just there ARE NO berries here in MoonminValley!" Your eyes widened.

"No BERRIES?!" You exclaimed. "Yep, not one part of this valley has berries growing from the ground!" She smiled innocently. 'No berries... NO BERRIES?!' You screamed internally to yourself 'HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE BERRY PIE? OR LEMONADE? OR JELLO?!' You gasped in your mind 'NOT THE JELLO!'

You were very disappointed about hearing Little My's remark. 'C'mon (Y/N) don't be down, she might be lying about!' Your brain said.
'lying about it?" You replied internally.
'Yeah! Don't remember the tricks she played on you the first time she met you? She could be lying you know!'

You began to agree with your thoughts in the sense you were making. This made you determined to find the berries anyway — if there were any.

"Well," you began, fixing your dress, "I'm going to find some berries anyway, see you this evening Little My."  You quickly began walking away while Little My stares at you in shock.

"She's the dumbest person who ever came to MoonminValley," she groaned in annoyance.
She rolled her eyes and went on to her own business, catching grasshoppers.

It's been a while since you've left Little My alone so you could go on your search to find the berries — but so far, you've found nothing but the familiar green trees and the endless forest full of flowers and birds of all kind.

You placed your basket on the floor, wiped some sweat off your forehead, and stared tiredly at the floor.

'Little My was probably right... I might be just wasting my time.'
