Alan's POV:
"Keep Running. Don't Stop!" I scream as Alana,Lily, and I run from 4 police cars chasing us.
Now you might be asking, "Alan why are two 12 year olds and a 10 year old running from the police?" And I'll answer that question when we're far enough from the cops.
"Guys through here!" I here Lily's voice up ahead as she points towards the dark passage we always go through to get to that stupid old apartment building we live in.
We all quickly duck into the passage and put our hands over our mouths as the cop cars pass right by us.
I look over to see Lily and my sister sitting on the ground panting really hard. I quickly sit in front of them pulling both of them into my arms.
"You guys did an amazing job today I'm so proud of both of you." I say as both of them lean into my side.
I know I'm only 20 minutes older than Lana and only two years older than Lily, but I feel responsible for them since we're all we got.
I look at the backpack of stuff we stole today and feel really bad. "You never should have stolen this stuff." My subconscious said.
Well what else should we have done? I can't let them go without the things we need. Like toothpaste, new toothbrushes, food.
I really wish we didn't have to steal them though.
"You guys we need to get inside the apartment before it gets to dark." I say knowing all three of us are afraid of the dark.
They both nod and get up.
Lana picks up a random rock and throws it at the latter attached to the fire escape. Trying and failing to bring it down. She huffed and stomped her foot in frustration.
" Calm down. Take a deep breath and try again." Lily says quietly knowing I'll probably say something stupid to make her even more upset.
She does and this time she hits her target causing the latter to come down.
Lily goes up first then Alana then finally me.
We slowly climb into the broken window to the crummy apartment we live in.
In the place we call home is an old queen size with a big old blanket that keeps us warm on cold nights like tonight. On the other side of the room is a small cupboard that we keep the little bits of food we have.
Then we have the bathroom. Some times the shower works. Some times it doesn't. And fortunately this is one of those times it does. Good thing we stole some more soap.
Our backpacks with our clothes is next to the mattress in case we need to hurry and leave our place we call home.
After we all shower and have a sandwich each, Lily, Alana, and I plop down on the mattress. Lily is laying in the middle of Lana and I holding her stuffed animal tightly.
"Ally...Lana can you tell me more about my family?" Lily asked shyly while just hugging her stuffed bear."
(She calls me Ally because should never could pronounce my name when she was a baby, so the nickname Ally kinda stuck. Even though I hate it, Lily and Alana know I love it so they keep calling me that. Even though it makes me sound like a girl.)
Lily was only two years old when we were taken. Alana and I were four so we remember a lot more then her.
So that's how we spent the time. Telling her story's that we remember.
I really wish we could be with OUR family right now but no matter how well we can remember our family, we don't remember everything.
I wonder what their doing right now.
(Meanwhile with the Rossi and Hernández Families)
No ones POV:
"What the fuck do you mean you can't find them?! Their Fucking 12 and 10 year old kids! How hard is it to find them and bring them to the police station." Giovani(Lily's Father) said calmly which was even more terrifying.
Both of the kids families were currently in the huge police station after getting a tip that their kids were in California. All 6 of Lily's brothers and all 5 of the twins brothers.
Little background information. The two family's have been friends for centuries. Allies to the very end. So naturally their kids are really close.
The brothers of each family are trying to keep themselves and their mothers calm, but it's incredibly hard.
They haven't seen their babies in 8 years. Neither of their princesses or their prince.
Even the eldest brothers where kinda on edge. Not that they'd ever let it show but still.
The cop that lost the coin toss and had to tell each family broke the news to them about losing the kids is shaking even more than he was when he told them.
" I-I'm really S-S-Sorry Sir-" he was cut of by the one of the twins older brother Diego yelling "We don't give a DAMN about how sorry you are." One of Lily's brother Xander also yelled "You better find our little sisters and brother or so help me god you and your family will not survive the night."
The police officer eyes widen in fear and he quickly yelled at the other cops to make these kids top priority and that he wants ever cop in the city looking for these kids.
He took one last look at the family and ran outside to help the search.
"If all it took for them to get serious about looking for our babies was for Xander to threaten them I would of had him do that ages ago." Angel (Lily's Mom) said while rolling her eyes. Mariana (The twins Mom) couldn't agree more.
" Mama I don't make threats. I make promises. And I always keep my promises." Xander says in a cold dead voice. Meaning he was dead serious.
Both family's were getting restless. They wanted their baby's back, and if it meant killing an entire police station to get that. Then so be it.
