"Wake up! It's Christmas! The boys are already downstairs." I cheered as I jumped up and down on Sirius's bed.
"I'm sleeping. Go away, Ellie." Sirius mumbled grouchily. Wonder what's got him in a bad mood.
"If you don't come downstairs you won't get your present." I said with a smirk. This will surely get him up.
"Presents?" Sirius sat up with a confused look. "I have presents?"
"Of course you do, silly," I laughed, but it had no humor. "Why wouldn't you have?"
Sirius didn't answer. Instead, he grabbed my hand and pulled me with him to the common Room.
"Finally! What took you so long?" James asked when he saw us.
"Nothing." Sirius said.
I walked to the huge pile of presents and picked up the present I had gotten for Sirius.
"Open mine, Sirius." I handed it to him with a big smile. Something told me his family didn't get him many presents.
Sirius took the parcel and began opening it and gasped. Inside was a photograph of me and him wrapped in a hug, smiling happily at the camera. Sirius may seem like a bad boy, but inside he's a huge softie.
Sirius looked up at me and his lip quivered. His eyes filled with tears as he smiled, before running out of the room.
I chased after him.
"Sirius! What's wrong?" I grabbed his arm just as he got to the boys dorm.
"I'm sorry." He said as he jerked his arm away and tried to walk away again.
I grabbed his arm again and spun him around. "What's wrong with you?"
"I've never gotten a present before! No one has ever cared enough before!" Sirius yelled at me with years pouring down his face. I felt my heart break.
"No one has ever cared enough to get me one either. But, Sirius, the five of us care about each other." I said.
"The five of us against the world?" Sirius questioned as he gave me a hug.
"The five of us against the world." I confirmed.
"I love you sissy." Sirius said.
He called me sissy! No one has ever called me that before. No one has ever told me they loved me before, besides the guys.
"I loved you too bubby," A single tear rolled down my face. "Now let's go back downstairs to the boys."
Sirius nodded and we went back downstairs and opened the rest of our presents. It was an amazing day.
