Chapter 3

Dylan's POV:

"They're going to find out", Jerome said as we walked up to his room to play video games.

"What?"

"That you like her. Like really, really like her."

"Why do you and Ben believe that?"

"Because it's true and she like you a lot too."

"She doesn't even flirt with me", I sassed.

"Ahhh, so you care, you do like her!", Jerome said loudly.

"Okay maybe, maybe I like her, just a little."

"That's disgusting", Jerome slurred out looking at me like I was a fat walrus.

"Then why did you want to confess that I do?"

"Cause I like being right", Jerome smirked and he turned on the game console and sat down."

----- 6 PM that day -----

"Hey so who's going to the beach tomorrow with me and jewls?", Rose asked everyone.

"I am!", said Ben, Jerome, and Dylan.

"Okay then" Rose took a step back,"So I'll drive the red car and Ben will drive the blue jeep. Who wants to go with me and jewls in the red car?

"Ummm I guess I will.", Dylan proposed.

"Oh of course you do", Ben said following that with kissing noises.

"Oh shut up Ben!", Dylan said back. Then Ben started laughing so hard.

"Okay, Dylan, Me, and Julia will ride in the red car.", Rose pronounced.

"Actually, I'm going to ride in the jeep with Jerome and Ben.", Julia mumbled.

Rose pulled Julia aside.

"Why do you want to do this to me? Ben is getting on my nerves with this whole Dylan, Love, thing. It will make it worse if it's just me and him in a car for 2 hours.", Rose whispered so the boys couldn't hear.

"Well I kinda like Jerome and maybe this is good for us. You make out with Dylan and I make out Jerome. We make out with each others brothers.", Julia smiled.

"Damn Jewl."

They walked back out and Rose clarified that Julia would ride with Ben and Jerome. And as soon as she did Jerome walked up to Dylan and whispered in a threatening way,

"Don't screw this up. This is probably the only chance you will ever have."
