{ LUKE'S POV }
Me and my band mates were currently in the studio recording some new tunes. For us, it sounded perfect!
When my step-dad called me.
"Luke?"
"Yes, Dad?"
"Um. Can you come home early?"
"Why? Is everything alright?"
"Yeah. Me and Liz just wanted to tell you something..."
"Uh okay. I'm just about to leave anyway."
I hung up and grabbed my leather jacket. And I went home. I saw my step-dad, Tyler and Liz, my mom were sitting in the couch. "Mom? Dad? What's wrong?" I asked, putting down my bag and taking off my leather jacket.
"Nothing's wrong, sweetie. Just wanna tell you something. Sit down." Mom motioned me to sit on the other couch.
"Okay, so... Tyler has a daughter. But her mother died before I even met him. You were like 13 when this happened. Her mom was a Filipina. Long-story short, you have a Filipina sister. Are you okay with that?" Mom bit her lip.
My confused frown suddenly turned into a wide and bright smile. "Hell yeah I am! I meant, yes! I'm totally okay with that!" I smiled again.
"Great! We're all okay then." Dad put an arm around mom.
"B-But. Do I get to meet her?" I asked.
"Sure! But she lives in the Philippines. And if you wanna meet her, we'll have to fly over to the Philippines." Dad said.
"Is it okay with you if we go there?" I asked.
"Sure. If it's okay with your manager." Mom replied.
"I'll ask her. Tomorrow." I said.
"I can't wait to meet her." I thought to myself.
