Chapter 12 - Blind Betrayal . .

Alex: "Been a week and already assigned a Mission . . But AR Team looks so invested in it . . What seems to be going on . ."

There was a knock on the door and I open it immediately. All of AR Team was standing there.

RO635: "Ready Alex?"

Alex: "Yea . . What's with this mission? Why so invested in it?"

M16A1: "Could be a gold mine of enemy intel, ripe for the picking . ."

ST AR-15: "It's not as guarded too is what the scouts told us. Odd that it isn't highly as guarded . ."

Alex: "So what are we hoping to get out of this?"

M4A1: "Finding Elisa and ending this fucking war."

ST AR-15: "Morely want to know more about Projekt Aether . . We couldn't read much of that file since it was highly classified for us T-Dolls. Eyes for Commander only' type deal, and the other HQ staff."

Alex: "I see . . I will have Task Force DEFY and Task Force 404 accompany us."

They all look at each other, like in a panic.

M4 SOPMOD II: "N-No Commander!"

Alex: "Huh?"

ST AR-15: "What she's trying to say is . . It's an easy infiltration mission Alex. Get in and out clean. Too many people would probably alarm the area and have more come for us."

Alex: "They are lying . . What's going on here . ."

I sigh and chuckle.

Alex: "I trust you girls, always have and will."

They would smile and nod.

Alex: "Let me go tell Task Force 404 that I do have a mission for them though. It's something I have been planning for awhile."

RO635: "Oh? What for?"

Alex: "We believe we may have found a weapons cache, a huge one in Area S11. I will send them in since, like you 5, are experts in quiet, along with DEFY, they will have DEFY by their side to help as sniper support."

M16A1: "Alright Alex, we will be by the littlebird waiting."

Alex: "Alright, be out in 5."

They all began to walk away. I watch as they disappear around the corner. I exit my room and run down the hall quickly.

Alex: "Something isn't right here . ."

I then bust open Task Force 404's dorm. Oh yea did I forgot to mention that the house was destroyed and they have to be in dorms now? Yea sucks.

When busting it open, I see a completely nude HK416 . . To my guess . . Since she is wet . . She just came out of the shower . .

HK416: "C-COMMANDER!?"

I then look down sulking.

Alex: "Why at a inconvenient time . ."

UMP45 puts a towel over 416 and shoves her in the bathroom with clothes.

HK416: "H-HEY! WAIT-"

UMP45 slams the door on her face.

UMP45: "You came here in a hurry."

She jogged over to me, along with UMP9, Gr G11 was asleep . . Per usual.

Alex: "I need you to get your team ready. Something is going on . . AR Team randomly gave me a mission I was unaware of. HQ would have told me about it . ."
