two angels, two humans

"it's for you to eat silly."

"for me?" the brunette asks curiously.

"i don't want you to be hungry, i have to protect your well-being too you know?" beomgyu says, taking a seat next to him.

the pair ate in an awkward yet comfortable silence.

ring.

there went the lunch bell, and it was time for the two of them to separate. beomgyu took up most of the classes taehyun was in to watch him, but the only class he didn't take up was physics. heck no he didn't wanna learn nothing about newton's three laws. to him physics was just a mood kill, so no way he was taking physics. instead he took biology.

funny because this angel had zero clue about human biology, he only knew about angel's biology. he entered the lecture hall and took a seat around the middle rows, next to this boy who also had black hair but shorter than his and slightly thick glasses. he doesn't bother and puts his bag down to take a seat.

which made the short hair turn to look at him.

"hey, are you new here?" the boy asked while observing him.

beomgyu looks at the guy, and sits down

"actually, i am. nice to meet you i'm beomgyu, choi beomgyu. but you can call me gyu."

beomgyu says extending his hand out to the boy. in return the boy shakes both their hands.

"i'm yeonjun, choi yeonjun. nice to meet you gyu~"

"so what made you come here gyu?" yeonjun asks, curious as to why beomgyu transferred giving the time of year was already 3 months to year end tests.

no one usually transfers 3 months before the end of the year... well, beomgyu does. he was about to reply yeonjun when a familiar voice from behind called out.

"yeonjun, i thought you said you'd save me a seat if you come early— beomgyu?!"

said the voice, to which beomgyu quickly turns his head around to the person who called his name.

"soobin?! what are you doing here?"

"wait you're an angel too?" whispers, the short haired boy.

beomgyu gestures soobin to sit down beside him as he pats the seat on his left.

"first of all, yes i'm an angel too so that means you know soobin's your guardian angel okay. great or whatever i don't know. second, i'm here because almighty sent me here to protect this boy named taehyun."

hearing taehyun's name come out from beomgyu's mouth makes yeonjun excited just a little.

"taehyun, like kang taehyun from physics? and the one who's in the scholarship program?! hey i know him, we've been friends since high school. well he was a freshmen and i was a junior but it don't matter."

beomgyu's mouth forms an 'O' shape. for some reason he was a tiny bit jealous yeonjun knew taehyun longer.

"wait soobin is that why i haven't seen you lately? why didn't i hear that you were coming to earth? the angels up there sure made a huge deal out of it when father announced i was being sent to earth."  questions the younger angel, he hadn't seen his friend for about a month and worried he was given some form of punishment or something. he worried for nothing because soobin's on earth, safe.

soobin chuckles softly and rubs the back of his neck.

"i told father not to say anything hehe.."
