After what felt like a forever long meeting, Dave was finally on his way to pick up Ari for his date. Seeing that her number never changed he decided to text her and let her know he'd be there in thirty. It was fifteen minute drive but he wanted to get her flowers.
Messages: I'm on my way Ari & you better be ready. I know how long you can take. Boy boo. I am ready. Mhhhm sure. We both know you still finding shoes. Hush. After talking with his old florist about life, he was finally on his way to Ariana who was on the phone with Jayda briefly catching her up on what's she missed. Ari didn't like everyone in her business but she also refused to leave her best friend out the mix.

"Jayda, I can't find any shoes and he's gonna be here soon!"
"Girl, I told you the white boots are super cute and make the outfit still look fancy enough in case it's dinner."
"That's true. Thank you babe."
"Of course, now go have fun and hopefully get some dick." She quickly hung up after saying that because she knew Ari would get annoyed, which she did.
Before she could throw on her other shoe the doorbell rang so she jogger down the steps to get the door seeing Dave on the other side.
"Hey, come in. Just give me one second to throw on my other shoe and pack my purse."
"Alright mama." He replied as he watched her walk away and up the stairs, her butt moving with every step.
About two minutes later she came down and they were on their way. —————————————————————— Their date was now coming to an end before Ari decided she felt like smoking, so Dave decided they would hotbox his car.
"Thank you again Dave. I had such a good time."
"Your welcome mama. You still good at rolling?"
Ari chose not to reply but instead grabbed the weed and wraps from him and rolled it, licking it closed she took a look at her perfectly rolled blunt and smiled in satisfaction.
"Lighter?" She lowly mumbled ready to get high.
"Hm" he handed it over, becoming aroused just watching her as she smoked.
They began the rotation between the two, smoking and talking as music played lowly in the background. Both just enjoying each other's company that they definitely missed. Looking over Ari saw Dave already staring her down making her grow nervous under his gaze.
"Nah don't get nervous now, wassup?"
"I can be honest with you?" She asked before she could even regret asking.
"Of course." He didn't hesitate to answer.
"I really missed you, and I wanna kiss you right now but I also really don't wanna move to fast. However, I know that I love you so I'm really confused these past few days." She rambled before he cut her off by kissing her and catching her off guard.
"Mmmmm" she moaned into the kiss and that's when he knew he should stop because he would go to far if she let him.
"Alright baby, let's get you home. You look super sleepy."
"I am. I love sleeping, I just wanna sleep all day every day." He only laughed at her as they continued conversation before pulling into her apartment complex and parking besides her Range Rover.
"Thank you again David. This was something I really needed. Maybe next time we can have even more fun."
"Your welcome mama. I love you."
"I love you more baby, get home safe and let me know when you do."
"Got you."
After one or two more kisses Ari finally got out the car and headed inside. He waited until she was safe inside before peeling off towards his home.
Once making it home, he let her know before they said goodnight again and he showered going to bed. ——————————————————————
