Fever

Iris POV

"Good morning little one. " Arion says to me 

I am still groggy and just swat at him. 

"HaHahaHaH Come on little one you have to wake up" Arion says to me. 

"Ugh fine I am awake" I say cranky 

"How is your leg?" He asks in concern

"If feels better than yesterday. I will be fine to travel. " I tell him 

"James is going to come in and change your bandage and look. " He says to me. 

All of a sudden there is a nock on the door. 

James is at the door shirtless

"Good morning! Let's take a look at that fine leg of yours Iris! " James says walking towards the bed. 

"Where are your clothes James?" Arion says 

"When I am meeting up with a woman who is in bed usually I don't need them Arion. " He says 

I start to laugh 

Arion growls at him

"Now let's look at this leg shall we. " James says He reaches for my gown and Arion stands up and pins James against the wall  by his neck with a growl. His eyes are red. 

"DO NOT TOUCH HER" Arion growled out in a voice that did not sound like his own. Somehow his voice sounded much deeper and dominate. 

Peter comes running into the room also without a shirt. He runs towards Arion

"Arion release him now! You are hurting him. He can't breath. Let go now!" Peter says 

"Arion please let go. You are hurting your friend and scaring me. " I say softly. 

He looks at me with red eyes and then slowly his eyes go back to their normal color and he loosens his grip on James's throat. 

"I am sorry Iris my wolf didn't mean to scare you." He says softly and guilty. 

"SINCE WHEN CAN YOUR WOLF SPEAK?!" James says to me in shock and anger. He is rubbing his throat. 

"He talks in my head sometimes. Ever since the storm I hear him." Arion says 

"We are going to discuss this later when we are on the road. " Peter says 

"What happened?" Peter says 

"James came over and grabbed my gown to look at my leg and Arion's wolf freaked out and told him not to touch me. " I said to Peter.

Peter looked at James with a "I told you so " look 

"I need to lift her dress to look at her leg and remove the bandage I do not have X-Ray vision." Says James on the floor. 

"Arion go outside and ready the horses. Clearly your wolf needs some air. I will stay with her and mind link you when James is done " Peter says 

"I am sorry I scared you Iris" Arion says 

Arion storms out of the room and walks outside towards the horses

"I am going to lift up her dress. Is that okay Iris?" Peter says

"Sure go for it." I say 

Peter comes over and slowly raises up my dress and stops the fabric right above my hips. 

"There. James now come look at her leg." Peter says 

Peter moves and walks around to the opposite side of the bed.
