My Thoughts On Vaggie From "Hazbin Hotel"

I'll just come out and say it; Charlie is either better off with Alastor or Angel Dust or just someone else other than Vaggie.

Let me explain, when I first saw the pilot episode for Hazbin Hotel I just saw Vaggie as a character that's always being too harsh for her own good, but means well and just wants to help Princess Charlie with her dream of saving all of citizens of "The Underworld" on each step of the way.

However, the more I thought about it the more I realized that Vaggie is just as bad as everyone else. Seriously did Vaggie not take to time to understand and warn Princess Charlie about relapses before taking someone like Angel Dust in?

Just because it's supposed to be apart of the story or a running joke doesn't mean that not everyone (including me) will think this is funny or even clever considering the fact that the reason why Princess Charlie made "The Happy Hotel" is because she wants Extermination Day abolished (or so it's been implied, don't take my word on this) and wants to save everyone by having themselves redeemed via rehabilitation at this hotel that she owns called "The Happy Hotel" which later gets renamed to "The Hazbin Hotel" at the end of the pilot episode.

To be honest, I personally think that Vaggie is all talk. Think about it, just REALLY think about it. For those who haven't watched the pilot episode for Hazbin Hotel, Extermination Day is an annual event that seems to imply that it happens every New Year's Eve (From December 31st turning over to January 1st) where a bunch of people are killed so that there's room for more people who are punished to go down below.

With that being said, don't you think it's kinda suspicious that Vaggie seems to be the only one that believes in Princess Charlie's idea? If anything there's at least a 1 in a million percent chance that this idea could even work at all (yes I know it was just a pilot episode, but eventually Hazbin Hotel will get their episodes and probably shed more light on this)!

Throughout the pilot Vaggie seems to have issues getting along with some people including Princess Charlie herself when it comes to serious business like "The Happy Hotel" or Angel Dust's recent relapse. In fact I personally think Vaggie is actually pretending to believe in Princess Charlie's idea so that she won't have to worry about Extermination Day ever again.

For those that will leave comments like, "Stop being too hard on Vaggie!" or "Vaggie would never do something like that!" or both even, let me say this; if Vaggie truly believes in Princess Charlie on redeeming the citizens of "The Underworld" then why is she not doing everything she can to help Princess Charlie understand certain obstacles like relapses in patients for example will be in the way?

If Vaggie really cared about the Hazbin Hotel like most people say she does, then how come she's also making the reputation of the hotel just as bad as Angel Dust is doing by being violent towards most people? It's frustrating to me when I just see people not bringing this up for some reason other than the whole "It's just a pilot episode!"

Listen, just because it's a pilot episode doesn't mean that I'm not allowed to have high expectations for Vaggie like most of the characters in Hazbin Hotel. If Vaggie is going to be apart of this with helping Princess Charlie then she needs to learn how to be non-judgmental and less biased towards most people that may actually be checking in to be redeemed.

Until then I just can't stand Vaggie and I'm sorry if this hurts anyone's feelings. However, if I only point out the good things about Vaggie then I would not only be lying everyone about how I feel about Vaggie (as of the pilot episode currently still being the only official episode of Hazbin Hotel from Vivzipop on YouTube) but also to myself.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, have a good rest of your day (or night if the time at your place is in a later time zone than the time zone that I'm in).
