Knock, knock! I pulled my dressing gown tighter as I banged on my brothers door. He had come to Brighton for a little while and he was staying in a hotel room. I felt a little awquard with a dressing gown on but the hotel was only a few doors away.It had been 2 or 3 days since Alfie left. I needed a bit of comfort.
I sniffed as I heard a key turn behind the door before joe's face could be seen."what the hell Zoe, it's..." he took a quick look at his watch. " 5 in the morning. You know it's my sleep-in day." Joe had started having sleep in days every thursday.God knows why. " I'm sorry Joe it's just I..." I hesitated. "I just need some...comfort" He let me in. "sometimes a little comfort is all you need" We talked about everything.
