RARE'S POV

"Sis. God, are you okay?" Race rushed to me when he saw me, he checked every inch of me making sure I'm okay.

"Race, I'm fine. Gosh, thank you for coming here." Sabi ko at niyakap siya. "What's happening outside?" Ngayon kasi wala nang nagpuputokan, but I can here police cars and a lot of authorative voices outside.

"We caught him sis, he's wounded and arrested."

Napataka ako, "He who?"

"In a very short time, my Team and I got the whole information dun sa sinabi mong may gustong nagpapatay sayo. I traced your phone. And I'm glad it's easy. Buti na lang naabutan namin siya nago siya makapunta dito. Don't worry, Virgo won't hurt you anymore." Explain ni Race sakin.

And that made me froze, "Virgo?"

Bumalik agad kami ni Key sa apartment namin, and were with Race. They explained to me what really happened. At first, Race didnt getthe good vibes with Key, but eventually they get eased themselves, especially Race. Nang makauwi kami, my dad was there. And expectedly, I was scolded.

And I was surprise, my dad knew Key.

"Magkakakilala kayo?" I asked them as they exchange looks.

"Okay, I'm out of here. Babalik pa ako sa Saint Omer para asikasuhin yung kay Virgo, gagong yun."

Napalingon naman ako kay Race, "Race, thank you talaga." Niyakap ko siya at hinahalik-halikan sa mukha niya. Umiwas naman siya nang sumobra na, "I'm glad that you're always there for me."

"Of course." He smiled, "Be careful next time okay? Wag ka nga sumasama-sama kanino." Sabi niya at tumingin kay Key.

Hinaplos ko naman yung braso niya, "Race." My tone is a bit of warning. "I'm fine, okay? I promise to be careful."

Tumango naman siya at lumapit kay daddy. "I'm going dad, I'll wait for you there."

My dad build a new company focusing on team security people. They train to be a professional one and he assigned Race to manage it. Pero since nasa school pa si Race, uma-assist pa si Daddy.

"Febrera Shire."

I stood in attention, that moment when your father use your full name to call you. "Yes dad?"

"You need rest, ako nang bahala dito." My dad assured me with a gentle smile. Lumapit ako sakaniya at niyakap siya, he hugged me back and kiss the top of my head.

"I'm sorry for this whole thing. I never knew Virgo would turn to be like that. Im sorry for causing you trouble."

"It's not your fault honey, now go and rest, madaling araw na."

I do as I am told, I looked at Key and he smiled. Nang makapasok na ako sa kwarto, dumikit lang ako dun sa pinto para pakinggan silang dalawa. I know they're going to talk about something. And that something is me.

Narinig kong biglang bumukas yung front door, "Boss my loves my other half my lifetime honey bunch I'm here!"

That's my mother's voice. She's here?!

"Oh my gosh! You, it's you!" Sabi ni mommy mula sa labas.

You? Anong you? Si Key ba sinasabihan niya? Bubuksan ko na sana yung pinto nang marinig kong magsalita si Key,

"Mrs. Paerson." He sounded calm and postured.
