Chapter 4 ~ Addison

After a day has past everything seemed ok Maddison and I have became bestie and I introduced her to my other best friend Olivia but I think she might be jealous because she was always making fun of Maddison about her looks even though Maddison was the most prettiest girl ever she had everything a girl could dream off.

she had long blonde hair, blueish greenish eyes, natural red lips, a beautiful body type and she even has dimples I loved the way she looked but I didn't think she was that toxic type of girl in America so I decided to test her. 

At night time (we both share a room) I started talking about how pretty she looked 

"no Maddy your so pretty with your natural blonde hair" "oh thank you I love your dark hair too it's unique" she said

 "no it's not and your eyes it turns green to blue like that's magical" "omg Addison stop your beautiful look at your hair it shines when light hit's it and when the sun reflects your eyes it looks like heaven and look at your white straight teeth and look at mine I need braces and finally let me not start, your body is amazing ok" she replied in compassion I was shocked I hadn't realised anything about that about myself 

 I knew she was not the rude bully in America but she was popular 

"wow thanks I hadn't realised that about myself" I muttered "and I quote 'FACTS NO CAP' your welcome" she said in a goofy voice and I laughed 

"hey Addy I have something I wanted to talk to you about" "what is it" I said "I don't think Olivia likes me she is always making me insecure like what if everybody at my new school thinks that I'm the popular mean girl in America" "ugh leave Olivia alone she is like that she get's jealous over everything and everyone, she'll get over it and everyone loves American's but you might get  bullied with the words you say" I explained 

"what do you mean by the words I say?" "well how can I explain this Maddy, for starters in England we don't say restroom we call it the toilets or bathrooms and Adydos is not a word we say Adidas and Nikey is not a word we say Nike that's the basic's ok" 

"omg we say restroom cause we don't want to be specific and Nikey is actually Nike makes sense so does Adidas that's how you say it right" she asked 

"mmhmm your a quick learner" I complimented "I know thanks" and then there was a knock at the door "ok come on cheeky monkeys tomorrow's a long day we need to prepare tomorrow because we are having a party so go sleep ok my beautiful girls" said mum then me and Maddy giggled. 

After a few minutes we herd another knock and so Maddy called out "who is it" and the door opened 

it was Mason he came into the room and said "I'm scared can I sleep with you guys please"   "sure come on in we can read you a book if you like" I suggested and he said "oh yes please" and so me and Maddison and Mason read a page each until we all fell asleep.

The next day mum woke us up and told us to get ready that we have to prepare a surprise, 

mum told me and Maddison to do the decorations for a party and then we could help her make food whilst Mason and dad when out to get plastic utensils. 

Apparently we are going to have a party so all of my family were coming including my cousins we usually have a family gathering every month but this month was different because we have a new family (well foster family) member joining us, 

"yeah I have a cousin called Daniel and his sisters name is Daniella they are both twins and they are one month older than us and they are from my dad's side of the family oh and I have a baby niece her name is Charlotte her father is my mums nephew and Charlotte has an older brother named Alexander but you can call him Alex and guess what he is older than us by three years yet I'm his aunty crazy right" 

"wow you have so much family members the only people I know from my family is my mum, dad, my older sister and Mason that's all" "oh that's really sad but hopefully my parents would adopt you and Mason so you could actually be part of our family, and what's you sisters name" "her name was Maya but I called her May, she was the worst sister ever but I miss her so much" wept Maddison I felt so bad when I asked that question how stupid am I? 

so I quickly went up to her and hugged her she was like my little sister she's so sweet and shy like a little five year old I really did feel bad. 

"Awe you guys look so cute let me join the hug" said mum whilst walking towards us to hug us 

"ahh I can't breathe" joked Maddison "ok mum stop" I said "no just a little bit longer you guys are my daughters" "foster daughter" corrected Maddison "nope your just like a daughter to me" 

when mum said that I felt devastated because I was her only child she can't be going to every girl and call them her daughter (selfish much🐠) 

"no mum not yet and get off of us" I shouted then I ran to my room after.

 A few minutes I herd a knock on my door "can I come in" asked mum "no you can't" (I could never respond to my mother like this unless I want to get beaten with the slipper) 

but my mum entered anyways "oh my baby don't be jealous the only reason why I said that so that Maddison wouldn't feel left out" my mum explained "oh I didn't know that, I'm sorry for being selfish it's just that I love you so much I don't want anyone else taking you away from me" I said whilst hugging her "I totally understand baby" mum said hugging me back. 

Then I went downstairs to say sorry to Maddison

 "I'm sorry Maddy for my behaviour I guess I was jealous, I thought  you were trying to steal my mother away" I apologised "it's fine Addy and I already know how it feels when your mum is taken away and I will never want it to happen to some else" she responded back "ugh I love you Maddy" I said "I love you too Addy" and we both hugged.
